The name of this restaurant should be changed to "former glory". The awards appear to have stopped being granted in 2015 when they discovered canned goods. This is the worst Steak house I have ever had the unpleasantry of eating at! Only reason I gave it one star was because no star isn't an option. Everything on the menu isn't available. If no flavor is what your looking for, than this is the restaurant for you.

Last time it was very good. This time it was sub par. The French onion soup...was terrible. No golden brown mozzarella on top,, no slice of rye bread in the soup.. just floating croutons and 5 tiny pieces of shredded mozzarella that would not melt. Salad was 8 inch strips of lettuce, 1 grape tomato and pitiful blue cheese dressing. Meat overcooked and we just wanted to leave; will not be returning .

Excellent experience! Food done right.Had the KC strip on bed of FRESH mushrooms and minced garlic. PERFECTION Wife had the 6oz filet minion again PERFECT Great service from the wait staff. Didn't have to ask for a single thing.

The staff he was great! Very on top of making sure we was good. He gave quite a bit of suggestions all through out. They keep everything clean. Very polite people. Great food selection and the owner makes a great crème brûlée. Food is great. Excellent experience overall! I had the Greek salad and the Penne Alfredo and added mushrooms. Yum! Also very filling!

The food is freshly made and taste great, the Greek salad dressing was made that afternoon along with the balaclava. I had the New Orleans Shrimp Pasta. The shrimp was very fresh and has a great spice in it, but not a hot spice. The onion rings are freshly battered and lightly fried, so not greasy at all. The waitress was awesome. She did a great job checking on us and explaining everything on the menu. We will be going there again soon.

It was a nice place. Emphasis on atmosphere and service. King crab was a 8/10. Fried mushrooms, broccoli and NE clam chowder was 10/10. They were sold out of prime rib. I should have gotten a steak. Over all a good experience!

Date night on a birthday weekend for my wife. She's been wanting to come here for a while. Staff was amazing. Environment and ambiance are second to none in Jeff City. However, we were both sadly disappointed in our steaks. Her Filet was overcooked. Mine was good but under seasoned. Both had okay flavor. I assume it was because we were one of the first guests there for the day. However, at an $85 ticket amount we should have experienced better than just good and she should have never had to not ask for a box on leftover filet. I won't say don't eat here. I will say this isn't a "steak place."
