I'm giving two stars instead of one to be generous because I'm sure the team were not performing at their best because we went during Jeff City downtown's "Sip and Shop." This could've been a wonderful opportunity for the store to expose a lot of new customers to their baked goods... Unfortunately, they were not ready for the traffic (and we are not talking about overwhelming crowds, at the time that I was there the line had a max of 3 people). The store was sold out of about 1/3 of cookie varieties, got one of our orders wrong (but did correct it when we told them) and we had to wait for twenty rather than 10 minutes for 2 cookies in an order because "the people after you ordered a lot of Snickerdoodles." The people AFTER me? What? All of which could be overlooked if the cookies were great but they were a mixed bag: the brownie was underbaked and I couldn't eat it. The chocolate chip cookie and snickerdoodles were pretty good, but one of the big apple pie cookies fell apart into a half cooked mess in the box. Finally, in the bathroom, just under the sign noting staff must wash hands before returning to work, the soap dispenser was completely empty of soap.... No thanks to a return visit.

Not only are their cookies the best, but the staff is incredible. We went in with an envelope asking for an iced cookie with out babies gender, and the two ladies did amazing! They made the moment so special and went above and beyond with making the cookie so so cute. I didn't catch their names, but thank you so much for making our moment special!

Oh, man. This is the second one of these "baked treat machines" that I've encountered in as many days. Yesterday, "Kupcakes Bakery" in Hannibal yelp.com/biz/kupcakes-ba… and now I'm being pressured in to cookies here in Jeff City.The bakery is on High Street, which is the city's main shopping road. Lots of pedestrian traffic to get drawn in and that includes me.Do I get the Chocolate Chunk or the Peanut Butter or the "Deluxe Triple Chocolate Chunk"? I ended up with the White Chocolate Macadamia which was only two cookies and while I didn't eat both of them immediately, the first bite of a warm cookie before putting the rest away was delicious.Open 24 hours and the front of the machine is clear so you can see what's in stock and what isn't. First Time Super Rude visited this evening said hi how are you no response and just wanted us to hurry up. Asked if cookies came warm she said yep here’s your cookies. (go figure they were not warm at all)

Very nice variety of delicious cookies to choose from. We visited on our first night in Jefferson City and had to return for more before heading home. Establishment is clean and there is ample space inside to sit and enjoy a cookie or ice cream.This place even has a vending machine for after hours cookie cravings. Will certainly visit again on our next trip to Missouri.

I've been super happy they have gluten free cookies but here lately they have been really hard, almost stale tasting. I wish they had more than one type too. Don't get me wrong I love chocolate chip but that's the only gluten free option and only regular cookies. The last two times I've gone in they didn't have the amount I needed either. Kinda bummed but not giving up on them!

My little squirt and I were walk down high street and come across this place and had to stop in and get some cookies. Perfectly soft and warm. A nice little treat. Will be back.
The warm cookie is a fun idea but the cookies are yummy, too! Inside, there are more things on the menu (shakes, ice cream sandwiches) and small containers of milk. Genius!

They were out of vanilla ice cream. Out of bottled water and we had been biking so we were so thirsty! She charged us for 3 bottled waters to get 5 cups of hot tap water. We didn't get the hot waters until after we were done eating our cookies so we had nothing to wash then down with so it was like eating sandpaper. I guess she's didn't consider our water that important but we had paid good money for them. Super disappointing experience.

Chocolate chip and Oatmeal were delicious. I love this concept of a warm cookie vending machine. Unfortunately we could not eat the peanut butter. They were so undercooked and mushy.
