Applebee's Grill + Bar

The photo on the left my friend sent to me from Wentzville Mo. I ordered the EXACT same thing in Jefferson City Mo. When I showed the waitress, she somewhat did not know what to say or do, so she sent the manager out. She never commented much on the good photo, but she offered to bring me some seasoning out to my table for me to season MY own food. They acted like I was supposed to give them advice to fix this. In the end, I was given 6 bucks off of a meal that I took the courage to take 5 bites off of that costs me 6 dollars. What a pricy meal for me!

Stopped here for lunch a friend while in Jefferson City today the service we received today was not good at all there was only to 1 server working which should have been more than one for the lunch rush

We eat here often and as usual everything was great. Our server Tyler was excellent, and food was perfect.

The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the food still took much longer than expected, and everything arrived cold. After the salmon was served, I asked the waiter if the grill had been cleaned beforehand, and they assured me it had. However, the salmon had black grease on the bottom, which suggested possible cross-contamination. We had to request the pasta and chicken sandwich be remade, and while we considered sending the salmon back too, we decided to tolerate it. The service was somewhat okay, but the food quality and long wait made the experience disappointing.

Got there around 3 pm. Got my food in about 10 minutes.

Sat at bar. Someone came and asked if we wanted drinks. My husband ordered a beer myself a water. She walked away, never entered his beer in register. We sat for over 20 minutes and never received a thing. Hot up and left. As we were leaving I heard a waitress tell someone they were too busy for her to speak with manager. Only 1/4 of tables had someone at them. I worked at this location 20 years ago. “BUSY” was a 20 plus wait at lunch and a 30-45 minute wait on all nights with weekend longer. Will never go back

Apple Bee is in need of a dire face lift. We were sat at a dirty table in a area where there was food all over the floor. Waitress was nice. My kids said there food was good but I forgot the nachos and good God they were salty. Just yuck.
