Arris' Bistro & Liquid Lounge

I had heard great things....which, sadly, this place did not live up to. The prices where average on some items and above average on others.Prices aside, the food was subpar. I tried the Arris nachos which were cold by time we got them and besides the jalapeños pretty tasteless.For my entrée I had the southwest burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was dry, had very little taste besides the bacon. The only redeeming item I had was the fries. Some of the best sweet potato fries I've had.Overall....atmosphere was relaxing and staff were friendly but the food...needs some serious work.

I placed a Togo order. The lady on the phone wasn’t too pleasant. I said thank you and goodbye after ordering and she just hung up on me without saying anything back. I went inside to pick up my order and I wasn’t greeted by the host. They definitely need to work on her customer service and smile. On a good note my food was great.

Sadly I had to provide 1 star, they don't even deserve thatNormally, this is a go to place! But today, Saturday February 26th 2022 - I will never go back. I ordered a Greek salad along with shrimp and cheese ravioli entree which came with a house soup. This order was placed to go. Once I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed they had my favorite desert- tiramisui so ofcoarse I had to order that.This was a shared meal between two of us. Because their dessert is absolutely fantastic we chose that first. Immediately upon opening we noticed not 1 but 2 dark color hairs. (Both of us are blondes) so needless to say that dessert was tossed in the trash.We were hesitant to open our next meal - which unfortunately I ultimately regret doing. We started off with the shrimp and cheese ravioli. It looked great smelled lovely. So we continued eating. The 4th bite of my friend - her face was mortified. She perceived to spit out a human nail.She immediately ran into the restroom to throw up and I ended up having to throw all the food away. I called the resturaunt and was informed the manager was busy and would call back.I will never go back to this restaurant and will certainly be notifying the health department.

The food wasn't too bad. The service was friendly, atmosphere was clean. The Gryo lunch neat was pretty dry though.

It was my first time here last night; some coworkers and I decided earlier in the week to meet for dinner and I’m so glad we chose this restaurant! Everything was delicious, from the wine to the appetizers to the pecan crusted salmon with their mashed potatoes and their house made dressings for my salad! Our server was friendly and helped us have a fun evening out together in a social setting. It would have been nice to have been able to make an official reservation, but I understand staffing shortages and COVID are continuing to make things tricky. I can’t wait to come back and continue to work my way through the menu; I want to bring all my family and friends here because I know they would love it too!

Absolutely delicious! Friendly waitress, relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

I love this place! It has a lovely, refined, and relaxed atmosphere. The servers I have had have all been friendly and efficient. My personal favorites are the spinach salad with shrimp and the salad with salmon.

Nice place. Had a knat problem at our table and the steak was quite fatty.

Great food and excellent service!

We rode 54 miles on the Katy Trail today. We picked this restaurant because it was within walking distance of the hotel. It was excellent! I had a panini and my husband had a wrap.

Good chardonnay. Wanted to try cauliflower crust pizza but none of the combinations appealed to me and too expensive to add toppings. Got pasta with shrimp and scallops. Not bad just average. Good creamy vinaigrette

The tacos were good but the Alfredo wasn't to good. Our drinks where good but took forever to get them

Took my husband, first time he ate there. He ordered a gyro plate, it was so dry when it came out the meat was crispy, no sauce, 1 very thin slice of tomato and onion and it was buried under the meat, the baby potatoes were cold. He didn’t eat it. It took an hour to get that and a Greek salad. 15 minutes to get a beer and glass of wine and had to ask for waters. Very disappointed, I’ve ate there for lunch several times and the food and service was always great.

The spanakopita is amazing!!! My husband and I also ordered peach smoothies and he got a side Caesar salad. I highly recommend trying the smoothies. My husband ordered a pork gyro sandwich(don’t remember exact name) which tasted very fresh. I had ordered the philly wrap, which tasted very savory and good but I couldn’t get past the amount of grease dripping off of it so I didn’t eat it. Waitress was extremely accommodating and offered to remake it but I refused.
