Big Whiskey's American Bar & Restaurant - Jefferson City

A very solid choice close to US 54 and the newer Courtyard Marriott. My wife and I were pleased with the menu options, and it was in a very nicely restored older commercial building. It’s generally a sports bar, but a more subdued one than many. Good option for a relatively quick meal and then back on the road.

Big whiskeys on the Landing in Branson was great! They took care of our party of 20+ and our waiter EJ was the best!

Food was very good and the waitress was very nice and respectful

Our server was a young gentleman named Jacob. He was helpful and respectful. Had amazing recommendations for food and drinks. His recommendations definitely did not disappoint. I will definitely return, especially to this location.

Service wasn’t very good. Had to flag down the server twice to get a drink. My girlfriend’s fish was raw inside.

We were really excited to eat here. We only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. It didn't seem real busy, there was a lot of open tables. We had a group of 7 people. So we expected to wait for food..We were seated in the main area ... close to the bar..... we ordered drinks appetizers... and food... all at the same time... drinks came at a reasonable time... appetizers came at a reasonable time... but we waited almost an hour after appetizers came and food started coming... 1 person got food.... then waited about 15 minutes then 2 people got food.... and waited...then 1 person got food... then 2 got food... then the last one got food ... it was wrong.... so then he had to wait another 20 minutes.... the bad thing was all our food was basic cheeseburgers and fries... one person ordered a wrap.... the food was cold when it arrived... so that made it worse.... we watched other people that came in after we ordered get served food before we did.... it was a total disappoint.... then we had to hunt the waitress down to get the check.... we found her at the register with other employees complaining about customers complaining....I laughed and said can't imagine people are complaining.....would not recommend... we will never go there again

This is the 2nd time ive had to wait 30 min past my pick up time and my food was still cold. Its a very chaotic atmosphere .

There we about a 20 minute wait for two people on a Saturday night which is normal and once seated we ordered some drinks and ordered some appetizers and food. The only complaint I have is that the combination nachos lacked a lot of meat. Other than that everything else was great.

Great in all categories, but my sirloin steak tasted like liver. I'm sure this was not normal as this place is always busy. The other 3 in my party had only good to say.

Server was extremely slow. We felt we were forgotten. Took forever to receive our drink orders, then waited an hour to get our food orders. However, the server was very prompt with our bill and payment.

We were in town for a baby shower decided to go for brunch this morning before leaving. French toast was excellent, however , bacon was so greasy I had to wipe it with my napkin (grease all over the plate). We asked for scrambled eggs with cheese, was served the driest eggs with cold cheese shreds on top. (Not edible). Waiter was nice but I couldn't wait to leave. I tipped the waiter because it was not his fault the kitchen should have known better. We had visited before a year ago and everything was excellent. This trip was sad. Try to do bettet.
