Had a great experience a few months ago with Mattie! Been back a few times and it's been a bit rough. 10 minutes to get drinks, almost 30 on appetizers, food was wrong, servers were pretty clearly stressed. Not the worst time I've had a a BWW but it's a bit disappointing

Me and my wife are here for lunch, the 2 entrees for 20 was a great value. The parm wings were tasty and the wedges were wonderful.

I ordered the boneless bundle which was 20 boneless wings, fries, vegetable sticks, and tots. I picked up the order and had 20 traditional wings, no fries, no tots. I took it back, showed them my online receipt, they remake it ans still no fries. I couldn't keep waiting around. The food is good but I'll stick to Wing Stop

I'm a regular there for a reason,great staff, food. They always make sure your happy. Great selection of beer on tap as well. Take Advantage of their points program (app) it is awesome! If you enjoy buffalo wild wings it's a must stop! Enjoy!

I spent over an 2 hours dining in on a Wednesday. There might have been 20 people in the entire restaurant. We had sat down and waited for over 20 minutes to get a menu. We had noticed other people just got up and left it was taking so long to get anything. There was one waitress that left half way through our meal. Brought out the wrong food initially and never got a refill on any drinks. Typically when it’s busy I have no issues with a bit of a wait. But I had to flag down people just to get things corrected and to get my bill. On the upside the GM did a great job of apologizing and tried to make things right. At that point I was just ready to leave and exhausted from just waiting.
