Had Emma as our server this evening, greeted with a smile and was sure we got the best experience, went above and beyond!! food was quick and delicious!! had a wonderful time.

Ordered the Maple Chipotle sauce on my wings this time and really enjoyed it! Usually sit in but had to order takeout this time and was not let down. Wings were still hot and all items accounted for.

Terrible wait time 5-10 minutes just to be seated with no one in front of us. No acknowledgement from staff as several walked by. Drink order took another 10 minutes just to be take. We had to ask for a refill after being in the restaurant for over an hour. Kitchen was very slow and took over 40 minutes just to get our order. My party was three people. Simple order of wings, a sampler and a burger. I don't expect much from chain restaurants but this was rough.

Had to wait for over 30 minutes after the estimated time for a Togo order. No employees at the register and every time I did ask someone to check on it they never came back.

Terrible customer service. Could not order online due to “technical difficulties” in app. Called store, they said they couldn’t honor my order price because it’s online only. Fine. I asked them how I refund the “blazin points” I spent on the order. Their response was “how would we know, it’s your app” then hung up the phone. Called back and spoke to the manager - she was wholly and completely inept. If I could give less than one star I would.
