I am so tired of not ever being able to have 1 drive thru or take out experience good anymore. 40.0 worth of food and most went in the trash very old ,cold, dry French fries. My whoppers bread soggy with an inch of mayo .my toddler kids meal 2 tiny chicken fries and same gross disgusting ff. ZERO STARS , WASTE OF MONEY I work hard for my money and I just wanted a hamburger and fries. Lost my business. Rotate your food and train your employees

The food is good and the quality of the food is good. The service can very sometimes but most of the time it is pretty good. The line takes a little bit but all of the food is usually always there. I would have to say it's an extra few minutes for the line, but in turn you get better service and quality.

Had a pretty good meal there tonite. The place was well staffed with friendly people, my food was all very hot and fresh, and one of the ladies brought it to me at my table! They could have done some cleaning, but overall was cleaner than normal, and they were busy in the drive through, so it's understandable.

Brain dead. No offer of condiments and no common sense as to what goes with what. Maybe at home after grilling burgers they just slap it on a bun and call it a day? I like when you ask for catsup or a sauce, they look at each other as if the customer is just asking for too much. Only in Missouri . . right?

Ordered my food at 1030pm store doesn't close till 12am midnight and a worker came out a said there not Taking orders an we needed to leave massively disappointed f bk won't return and deleting the app won't even get my refund for over a week not happy

I've been here 4 times and even placing an online order 20 min b4 I show up I am left waiting for food. Worst management and service of anywhere I have ever been. And good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you if you are waiting to get an order taken because it's not happening.

I have been to this location several times and it seems like it just gets worse and worse. I got two whopper combo and spent $ 21.00 . I felt sick after eating it which was also not the first time. the lady at the window didn't say anything to me and left the window for some time. this place is the biggest nightmare in the world trying to actually get too, and I had two drive three blocks and take a round about just to cross the street!!!!
Parking: well I actually believe the parking is amazing for this place , because a customer can't actually reach their destination ?
