That One Dude

Sign in Restroom says Employees Must Wash Hands. I had to wait in Restroom for 20 minutes until an employee came in to wash them for Me. He gave Me some attitude at first but eventually washed my hands.

Every single time I come here: I’m greeted by the smell of weed when the drive thru window opens. Once I finally get my food, half of it isn’t there. Sometimes a fry is missing, sometimes half my order. Actually ridiculous. This needs to be addressed.

I went through the drive through, ordered a whopper jr meal with 8 piece chicken fry. They tried to give me the wrong order initially, I let them know, they asked me what I ordered, I told them, they gave me my food and I thanked them and left. When I got home, I realized they STILL gave me the wrong order. Silly me didn’t check and just assumed after the first attempt to give me a wrong order, they’d make sure to give me the correct one. Ha. I called to get refunded and they told me I could come back in for a replacement. I declined, as I physically was unable to go back in. I asked them to refund my debit card. They said they could not do so without me physically coming to the store. So I got NOTHING of what I ordered. And also could not get my money back. Screw this place.

went to burger king tonight , we went through the drive through and the guy kept telling us to hold on so he could take other orders before ours? and kept cuttin us off when we were ordering, as we get to the drive-through window He tells us that people failed to realize (us?) That it’s only a few people working night shift. I don’t understand where that came from as and only got three burger meals so i’m not sure where that came from. overall will not be back for the rude hostility
. i would understand if it was later in the night close to close but we were there at 9pm sooooo?

Great service and friendly staff. They were very friendly and patient. I had made a mistake and they helped correct it without rushing me through. Great experience!

This place is hit or miss. Today was a miss. Waited at the register for over 5 minutes waiting to order. Over 5 minutes for food and it was lukewarm at best. Not peak time so not that busy. Staff is indifferent at best every time i've visited. Asked for no tomato no pickle heavy lettuce heavy onion since they barely give you any for which I was upcharged $.30. Seriously? Might have to take this place off my list.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich with extra mayo. I don't even know what kind of chicken sandwich they gave me.
After I got to work, I saw what they gave me and called the store. I explained the situation to the man and he said I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. I said not to tell me what kind of sandwich I ordered-I know what I ordered. He said I was being rude and that I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. I told him he's now lost my business. I shouldn't get bullied when I didn't get what I paid for and tried to get it fixed.

Not the best burger I've had. Yet another fast food burger place that feels the need to shrink the burger patty while raising their prices. The onion rings are minced onion in ring form. A bit mushy and not very tasty. The employees were great though. Very friendly and the service was fast.

They aren’t busy and shut their phones off with an automated message. They don’t take customers orders and have them sit at the speaker for over 10 mins before responding.

We didn't go here for food. Though I habe been here before and it was good. And good service. We went here to pick up our grandkids and swap vehicles in the parking lot due to the easier means to.pull around and do so with the space. At which the lady on drive through duty inside came out and to ask my children if they were all okay and checking up on them not realizing I was buckling in a carseat. From woman to woman and fellow mom to mom. THANK YOU! It meant alot to me you would put everything on hold to ensure that everyone was okay. (She thought we all had broke down) - thank you so much!!

I placed a mobile order, then arrived in the drive thru. Despite there only being 2 cars ahead I waited 28 minutes before I reached the window. After receiving my order and pulling out I realized I was shorted half my items. Not a problem I think to myself, I'll just refund the missing items, only to have my refund refused due to the terms and conditions of the app and ordering a bundle vs individual items. All in all not a great experience, missing have my food and not able to get a refund seems like a questionable policy.
