Just had a great conversation and probably a save! I am a bariatric surgery survivor and went in to ask about protein that does not have the shake taste. She was able to not only hook me up but shared her personal story which gave some good support! Thank you.
Today in 2023 the person the owns this shop in Jefferson City mo is Stephanie Warden aka my mother. The drinks here are amazing! Five stars for your amazing work mother!

The atmosphere is awesome. The ladies that work there are awesome and the drinks are the best made in town. I’ve tried all three places and Capital gets my business hands down!! And they have the best prices. No underlying price hits that surprise you at checkout!! And their protein balls and grab-n-gos are perfect for a weekend on the lake!! If you have t tried them you need to!!
I love getting my Teas from here. All the teas I’ve gotten had balanced flavors and I’m looking for something more refreshing or sweet or sour or even a mix there of they’ve never steered me wrong.

Hands down, the best tea shop in Jefferson City MO!!
The tea was alright but had a huge layer of product not well mixed at the bottom. When I came in there was a dog inside kept on a leash that was barking constantly and freaking my baby out. Then the lady inside was on a person phone call on speaker not greeting me or even looking at me after watching me walk in. I stood there for a hot minute before I got a whisper asked what I wanted while still on the phone and the dog still barking. Just didn’t feel welcomed at all.
