Great ice creams and variety! Very inexpensive!

Good ice cream,

Always loved this place. This has been a staple for our family for a long time. But this year so far has been a total disappointment! The freezer has been down for at least two weeks now. And it’s obvious some of the ice cream has been thawed and refrozen. And the coolers are disgusting. It doesn’t look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

They have the friendliest staff. The old lady and old man are the most amazing,friendly, kind hearted people ever. BEST ICE CREAM PARLOR IN JEFF CITY. I will definitely be back.

We stopped in for ice cream while in town touring the capital and different attractions and the only thing that stood out about what was supposed to be a cool little ice cream shop was the very hateful lady behind the counter. The older lady and also the older guy working were so rude and not customer friendly at all! I felt sorry for the young girls working there for her. We won't be going back unless they are both gone. idk if they own or just run the place but not good management at all.

We dropped by after touring the city after a friend recommended it to us. The selection of ice cream was great, flavors were too. However the customer service was sub par. From start to finish...no smiles, no hi how are you.
Just felt cold as far as service, maybe help the customer who has never been there. Also, it was not crazy busy, there were 5 people on the line to dip ice cream and 1 for the cash register. She walked away and not one person said anything ,as we stood and waited to pay. While the staff stood and talked to one another...

As a new Jefferson City resident I had to fully establish myself and visit Central Dairy. It was brought to my attention as a "must have". This place had a line but not a crazy wait at all. The staff does a great job at filtering you through it. I got a double scoop cone and moving forward I'll be getting a single scoop because this place does not hold back with their portion size. I understand and agree with the hype.

Excellent place for fresh and delicious ice cream. Very reasonably priced, too. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good thing that I don't live close or I'd visit every day! Well worth a visit...
