Great selection of delicious ice cream served up by a capable crew.
Have to stop here when you are in Jefferson city. Always wonderful ice cream.
Unclean and dirty.The counters where you waited for purchase had melted ice cream. Ordered two vanilla malts. The malt machine had chocolate ice cream splattered against the front and back. A collection of towels were piled up in the area where the malt cup say. The girls who waited did not wear hair nets. One had long hair which was toes back but as she dipped deep to scoop the ice cream her hair touched the sides of the ice cream container. The girl who served us was not friendly. Did not even say thank you. The malt was OK. Way too thick. Had to let it sit for an hr before I could enjoy it. Very crowded so I suppose the locals are not used to anything else. My problem was how unclean the place was.
Got a waffle cone without realizing it was going to be a pint worth of ice cream. No sugar butter pecan was good, no weird aftertaste. Extreme chocolate was good, but had ice bits in it.
Love this place. Cheap prices and excellent variety of ice cream.

I have stopped in here when convenient (don't live here) since STATE TRACK IN THE LATE 1980'S. There are a lot of flavors, it's delicious, and unbelievably low priced. If the line looks long, don't worry about it, you'll be fine.

The old lady at the front was VERY rude! She saw our bus and immediately was complaining. We went inside and she immediately started talking about what they serve for buses. That is no way to speak to anyone. Just because you’re OBVIOUSLY older than us doesn’t mean you get to be rude and disrespectful. Worst experience ever!!! Wish ice cream factory across the street was open. Only putting one start because i have to.
The customer service was terrible. We came on a bus and immediately got yelled at saying they can only make certain things which is understandable, but there is no reason to be disrespectful to us just because we are teenagers. There wasn't even 5 of us in there before the lady started yelling about it. She was also just very rude in general.
