I’ve been coming here about once a week, the food is really good. The service is pretty horrible. Half the time I’m gambling if they got my order correct they are missing napkins, my receipt, or a fork I asked for. This would be one of the best Chick-fil-A‘s. I’ve been to, but it feels like I’m at a casino with how much gambling I’m doing with my food.

Fast, huh? This was a 17 minute visit to Chick Fil A at 10:20 am…
In Jefferson City, MO, I just got in line to get breakfast and there was a woman ahead me that just sat there talking to an employee almost ten minutes. Then I went to other line and it was now too late for breakfast. Instead of 2 sandwiches for $4 each, I had to order one for $8-9.
Then the same woman cut in front of me after I got a chance to order. She then talked with the worker for another 5 minutes at the window after she gave her the food.
When I finally did get my food, the parfait had no spoon. So I can eat with my hands in the car or throw it away. I’m driving back to st louis, I don’t have time to drive 20 minutes back to deal with your employees.
This is ridiculous and a waste of my money, which I decided to spend with you. That’s the last dollar I’ll ever spend with with you. I’m never coming back here or any location!

I asked Armando one of the cooks I think if he could walk me out to my car, because there was a man I thought had been following me around while I went shopping today and somehow sat in the parking lot and waited till I left.
So thank you Armando for walking me out to my car!!! You are amazing!! Not only doe’s Chick-fil-A serve you food, they also serve walks out to your very own car when you don’t feel safe!!! SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!

Very noisy. Kids taking orders & serving wanted to goof off more than wait on customers. Only 1 girl was cleaning tables & sweeping.
I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this location is struggling. It took forever to get food. Then with a 30 count nugget and fries we got ONE sauce. I hate having to specify an amount of sauce. Just put in a reasonable amount.
