I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this location is struggling. It took forever to get food. Then with a 30 count nugget and fries we got ONE sauce. I hate having to specify an amount of sauce. Just put in a reasonable amount.

The treatment from all the employees was wonderful! They were swamped! So busy, they ran out of lettuce and tomatoes. They worked with me to amend my order and treated me well. No slow down. No inconvenience. They were incredibly polite. And the food was great, too!
Have ordered twice in the app at this location and it is 3x slower than going through the drive-thru. Food is always good but one of the rare locations where the service is lack-luster.

Went yesterday and orders the spicy hot honey pimento cheese sandwich, the drive thru was long and packed which is pretty normal, but at the window I was told they no longer had that sandwich they were sold out. Before giving me any time to think about what I wanted instead and kept trying to insit on me taking a deluxe instead which I knew I did not want. I understand running out of things but rushing and making it the customers fault isn't OK or cool.

Always great. 2 bus loads of kids, plus the regular packed crowd and STILL had our food delivered in 7-8 minutes. I wish our government was this efficient

This is only the second time I have been. Both times through the drive-through, I was always hesitant because of the lines. Totally empress how fast and efficient they take your orders. Food is fabulous, no complaints.
