Management of this location needs to be replaced. For the second sequential visit at non-peak hours, both orders were late. Today, alone, we were probably the fifth pair to enter this restaurant, and it took nearly an hour to get our food. After confronting the manager, all I was given were excuses, not solutions. Their excuses were invalid, constantly referring to the onslaught of customers they received at once. Instead of coming to the table of the excuses, come to the table with apologies and solutions. Admit that you dropped the ball instead of putting the blame on the inadequacies of your staff. Part to blame are the servers. If your customers aren’t being served in a timely manner, you need to get this reported to your manager immediately, and explain to your customers why there is an extensive delay. Forget trying to get a hold of Chili’s through their online complaints. You will get nothing but a canned response with very little resolution. Unfortunately, I gave this restaurant a second try and there won’t be a third. We were not the only ones to complain. Others that arrived at the same time at the same issue. More than 50% of the restaurant that arrived after us had already been served.

Had an order for pick up was ignored by the hostess/server. Then asked to go through the pick up door when I did finally get her attention.
After going through the pick up door I was ignored by 2 employees again. The bar tender and the same hostess/ server
Finally what seemed to be the manager comes and asks the name on the order to find out it had been sitting on the counter next to the register. Not even in a warmer. Can't leave a 0 star and even that would be more then deserve.
Can we take stars away?

Food was great and came out quick. Our server, Shylah (sp?) , was FANTASTIC. Literally best service we have had anywhere in at least a year.

Usually we have a good experience here but today I felt like our table was totally forgotten about. Waiting an hour for food, refils and check all came after asking another server. Super disappointed today.

First off it was a problem when I asked for a table. Took 3 people and 10 min to get us a table. (2:00 pm) not busy at all then employee was being very disrespectful to manger in front of us. We were seated 20 min and nobody came to ask us for drinks or anything we got up and left. I understand why it was so empty. On are way out manger seen us leaving never asked why or spoke to us at all. Very unpleasant experience. Would rate 0 🌟. Will never stop in at this restaurant again lost a costumer today.

The gm came to tell me I wasn't allowed to order food to go while sitting at the bar drinking my beer, apparently skipping the line, I had been there for 30mins after being seated at the bar and told they weren't taking food orders at lunch time. I ordered door dash pickup. This GM is extremely rude and got in my face and told me off in front of everyone. All I did was order a beer paid, left a $3 tip and ordered through DoorDash pickup. Why am I being yelled at by the GM that it's Skipping the line?! It's not my fault if they are prioritizing doordash orders over customers that have already been sat in the door.
