I’m so tired of paying a ridiculous price for a VERY small amount of food. I paid 13 dollars for a burrito that is 2/3’s the size of my hand, and that’s after asking for extra toppings. This Chipotle gives MUCH smaller portions than any other one I’ve been to and it’s very disappointing. Probably won’t be returning.

Filthy. I left without ordering and after being ignored with only 1 person in line and looking at the disgusting filth. This was late afternoon at a very slow time. Cleanliness is not an importance here. I will never eat here

I’ve been to this Chipotle multiple times and was always good. Tonight my husband and I went in for dinner. We both had bowls which were made with one spoon of rice in each bowl because there was no more in dish he scooped from and failed to grab a fresh batch. Food was scattered everywhere on the line. Almost every topping was empty and they refused to change out or cook more. Queso would be the only thing they changed by putting the used ladle with dried cheese all over it in fresh bin. Around register and soda machine were beyond disgusting and nothing stocked. Not a clean table in the restaurant. We were one of two tables in the restaurant. Employees stood around chatting the entire time. Will not be back to this location unfortunately because it’s the closest one to our home.

This place is stupid! I wanted a quesadilla, but they said I couldn’t get a big one except through the app. Never eating here again!

I love eating at Chipotle because it's REAL food. In an era filled with prepared, packaged and processed foods, Chipotle stands out - serving fresh or grilled, not-fried ingredients. Like their simple packaging says, you can easily see it, pronounce the ingredients, and taste the goodness! And with the app you earn points toward free food.
I normally get the grilled chicken with fajita veggies and 2 servings of black beans, 2 servings of pico de gallo. This time I tried sofritas (tofu) and it was seasoned pretty well. Texture of the meal was different, but variety is good... I appreciate the fast, friendly service at this Missouri Blvd location, and LOVE those fresh ingredients! After a workout, I don't want junk in my body. Chipotle is clean eating that tastes excellent!

Parking: Plenty of spots available.

The place seemed really short staffed for the amount of people who passed through. The lobby was a mess and there was an unfortunate amount of staff to help manage it all.

I’ve had better from this location years ago. Lately every time I go the chips are edible either extremely stale, hard or sat at bottom and too greasy. You get a few good chips out the bag. They need to figure it out asap.

This location was gross. The prep counter was covered in cheese, sour cream and pico and the employee didn't bother to wipe it off before preparing my order. I skipped the guacamole since it was turning brown and looked unappetizing. I've been to many Chipotles and this was the worst.
