This Chipotle sucks. And what restaurant doesn’t have a direct line, been on the phone with a stupid automated system trying to talk to someone for 15 minutes.

My husband and I have been to this establishment twice in the last week with less than than quality service. The employees have horrible disrespectful manners and attitudes, unkempt work areas, each time it is slow, last time the guy was rushing us this time we arrive 30 minutes after opening and the veggies area not cooked and ready and we are informed that they haven’t even been prepped yet. Let alone the dining area floors don’t even look like they have been swept or mopped in a while. My husband went to the restroom and said it was filthy and you could tell it had not been cleaned from the day before, trash wash was overflowing and the toilet was disgusting. We were in just after opening within the first 30 minutes so there was no cause for any of that, my husband thinks that the health department should be notified to come in and inspect the place. We use to enjoy coming and eating at this Chipotle but not anymore. Next we will visit Qudoba.

Food at the Missouri blvd location in Jefferson Missouri was great but the place was dirty: Floors, all tables, underneath the sofa area…not the least bit appetizing and may never go back to this location.
This past Wednesday Oct 15 around 1pm.
Clean it up!

Just did a pickup order. We always love chipotle food, but this location is awful. Behind the counter was a disaster, way dirtier than any food prep should be. They said my order was ready in the app, but I waited 15 minutes past pickup time. They gave us the wrong item - should have had a double steak bowl, but got a chicken bowl. And when I tried to make it right with the chat in the app and corporate, they would only offer a free entree instead of a refund. It would have been great to be refunded since I don’t ever want to order at my home location again.

I ordered the chicken bowl from this place multiple times, and I’ve had mixed experiences. The first time I tried it in the afternoon, I was really happy with both the quantity and quality. The bowl was filling, and the flavors were spot on.
However, when I ordered the same bowl later in the evening, I noticed a difference. The portion size was smaller, which was disappointing since I expected the same serving as my previous order. While the quality was still decent, the reduced quantity left me feeling unsatisfied.
