We went to Culvers in Jefferson City, MO on 4/4/2023 order Id # AAAVALFNALJK-drive thru. Placed our order, got home and it was the worst food we have ever gotten from any fast food restaurant. We normally frequented this place, but NEVER again. We called when we got home and spoke to the manager, Kayla. She said she would give us our money back, to come in with our receipt and ask for her on Thursday or Friday-her next shift. We didn't make it in until Monday evening. (Closed...read full review
I have celiac and it’s always a risk to eat out. However, Culver’s has been my go to when I travel and I have never had a problem. I ate at the Culver’s in Jefferson City, MO this past weekend and experienced one of the worst gluten exposures I’ve ever had. The gentleman who took my order was very understanding and knowledgeable about gluten. I order what I always order. The order said Allergy!! Gluten!! In red.
