Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I typically go to this DQ a couple times a week with no issues whatsoever. For some reason, when I went in today, I left without having been asked what a wanted to eat or even had anyone say "Hello, someone will be right with you." And it's not like I walked in and walked out just that quickly...I had stood at the front counter long enough to see three different cars get their orders at the drive-up. And just to add a little context, it was 2 PM...not the noon rush. And at least 2 of the cooks, one counter person, and one drive-thru person saw me. When the drive-thru person, who I believe to be in management, saw me and turned away, that's when I left. I'll be going back, but only if that deplorable example of service has been corrected will I continue to return.

Bacon cheeseburgers should come with bacon. Don't normally eat there but gave it a chance and the burgers are no good without the extra toppings. Very sad by the experience.

I got a chicken strip basket with ranch for my dipping sauce and ice cream. The ranch was solid and when I tried to pour it out it came out all in one piece like jello. The chicken strips and fries were fine but then I got to the ice cream and 5 or 6 bites in I found a very long hair in the ice cream.

Ordered a butterfinger blizzard. It may as well just been plain ice cream. There was literally maybe 2 teaspoons of butterfinger in it. Paid over 6 bucks for it. Definitely going to cold stone from now on.

Ordered six piece chicken dinner with ranch and gravy. Received 6 half pieces of chicken no ranch ...chicken was very hard and over cooked.

2 managers working and 1 of them is just awful! In recent years, the worst customer service I've had. Her attitude and responses was completely uncalled for. I will be talking to the owner and corporate office. I will not be going back unless my issue is addressed by the owner and/or corporate office.

Took very long just to get a slushy for my son.
