I typically go to this DQ a couple times a week with no issues whatsoever. For some reason, when I went in today, I left without having been asked what a wanted to eat or even had anyone say "Hello, someone will be right with you." And it's not like I walked in and walked out just that quickly...I had stood at the front counter long enough to see three different cars get their orders at the drive-up. And just to add a little context, it was 2 PM...not the noon rush....

Food is a little pricey but you do get a good amount so there's no real complaints or concerns as far as dairy Queen but it doesn't seem like they have like an up-to-date menu like everybody's always adding something to their business I don't really see or hear much about dairy Queen adding much to their menu list

Very long wait for food then they brought only half the food it took them 15min. To get the rest of the order out. And when we got the rest, it was our full order. They really need a better system of getting orders ready and out. When Back up to get ice cream and it took 25 minutes ?. The food was really good from the 2nd order they bought
