This so called free pizza points is a joke ... Tried to order online but couldn't order the sandwich the way i liked so then i had to call it in and that was a disaster the lady didn't speak English very well so she had to transfer me to the store to order... I finally got my order the way i wanted then was told i couldn't use my points because it had to be done online... Thats it I'm done with domino's bullshit they never get the orders correct anyways... I will be having a conversation with the black family about this garbage ordering system they use!!! I wil spend my money at the mom & pop's pizza joints!!!

Every time I’ve ordered a pizza from here it’s an hour wait at the least. This time it’ll be closer to 2 hours, if not over, for a pizza. Last time my family will be waiting in suspense for food from this place. Every time, no matter the time of day, they always say it because they don’t have enough drivers for delivery. The only reason we order pizza is for the convenience of it being delivered and it fails us every time. Sorry dominos, you’ve been taken off of the dinner menu.

Well, I normally go to the on Truman, but we wanted delivery tonight. I never get delivery, and never use this location. And let me be clear, I will NEVER use this location again. I have worked for 2 different pizza places in the past, and their service is absolutely unacceptable. I placed a FUTURE ORDER for 6:30. That means I should have my pizza in hand by that time. The tracker showed my order was in the prep phase at 6:00. Cool. It’s almost 7:30. Still nothing. In the prep phase the whole time. When I called to ask what was going on, I got hung up on (mind you I hadn’t even spoken to them, I had only said “okay” and that’s it). I call back and they said it’s waiting at the store for a driver to be able to deliver it. After I hang up, 15 minutes later it switches to “baking”. I swear to god this pizza better be hot, and it better be great. I will receive my money back for this.
