Something is wrong with the way that they make their bagels or something. They don't have the size, consistency or taste of any other Dunkin bagel I have ever gotten. Ordered 2 bacon and egg bagels, one with cheese. Got cheese on both and my coffee was warm at best. ♀️

Customer service SUCKED, & they were out of cheese, but other than that the breakfast sandwich was good. Never had an issue at any other Dunkin Donuts

Horrible. They gave us the wrong drink then argued that we ordered it that way. The woman who took our order was very aggressive and obviously not happy about, well anything. I'd rather throw money in the trash.

Very disorganized, I've been to the drive thru three different times and nobody took our order, I had to go inside only to have the manager laugh and say, oh nobody had a headset on. When there is someone to take the order, they are rude and have horrible attitudes. One of my favorite coffee is the iced mocha swirl coffee because it's so much better coffee than Starbucks, I try to avoid this location as much as possible and go to the one in Columbia

This is one of the worst managed places in Jefferson City. Consistently out of products and staff struggles to provide a single large black coffee without issues. I highly recommend checking out and supporting local favorites for donuts, ice cream, and coffee.

We always have super friendly and great service. This is our family favorite when it comes to ice cream at night or donuts in the morning!
Order normal sized spoons and have a couple of waffle cones already made.

Tried to order coffee, asked to wait, waited about 3-4 minutes, one person took our order, then a second person took out order and missed it up so many times...we finally said never mind and drive away frustrated! The worst experience we ever had at a Dunkin doughnuts. Sorry lost our business.

It took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and they only had 3 types of doughnuts. I only noticed because another costumer tried to get some. The sandwiches sucked too. The bag probably taste better. Never again due to this was my second attempt

Absolutely unacceptable!!! I ordered a birthday party cake from Baskin Robbins located in there store and even though I when there twice to confirm the order when I went by today to for my 6 year olds birthday party and they did have it and they could make it! Horrible experience and I'm definitely calling corporate. Do not go there!

Went inside to get donuts with my grandkids, and it was nasty!!! Stuff spilled over the floors, sticky, could sit without getting nasty. Hardly any donuts too choose from. The staff was having a jolly time goofing off. I even stated the floors were sticky nothing happened. Their attire was sloppy, could see underwear on one employee his sweat pants were past his butt. Will not be returning
