Picked up order and didn't check before I got home. Only gave me the sandwiches. Did not receive any of the side I ordered. Always check your orders before you leave I guess or you won't get any of your sides.

Went in for a THANSGIVING SUB! I was beyond excited!
I accidentally left my husbands card on the table.
When I went to retrieve it, manager was hateful & refused to give the card back because it wasnt my name on the card. Made racial slurs & called the police on me. Police then got my card & let me go. Sad experience when traveling to your state.

Terrible food. Had Hero 12 inch and 6 inch Hook and Ladder, both on wheat bread. Bread was dry probably due to overheating day old bread. Prep area for sandwiches was filthy and general dirty store area. Worst tasting sub I have ever eaten. First review I have ever written on anybody but subs were that disgusting. Will not be back. Will try other sub stores but Firehouse was my go to place even at higher prices.

Ordered a sub and requested they add tomatoes and cucumbers to it. I didn't receive what I ordered and I also found a hair in my food made it unedible

Firehouse Subs at 2103 Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City, Missouri is simply the BEST! I look forward to getting my sub from there each and every time I go. It's more than just picking up a sandwich or getting a meal, it's a treat I look forward to each and every time.
The staff always greets me when I come in and they are friendly and great to interact with. I have said this before and it is worth saying again, I enjoy the extra minute or two wait for my sub each time I go. Firehouse Subs do not throw their sandwiches together in a race to get you back out the door. They create a delicious masterpiece by taking their time and ensuring each sub is made as requested to guarantee the customers satisfaction.
Firehouse Subs is simply the best and I appreciate how they support First Responders in the process!

Waited over an hour for my sandwich, the old lady manager with short hair was extremely rude when i asked about my order. Her approach and overall rudeness is the reason for my review. I have no issues waiting, but to be met with haste and a sour attitude is not okay. All the workers seen her be rude asf to the point they apologized.

Went here today. Service was horrible. Told the guy at the cash register that we had never been there before. He didn't say anything. My sandwich was not made entirely correctly. Floor was very sticky! Another person came in and ordered after us and got how good before us!

I usually don’t get upset, And I even feel bad complaining about it now. I just don’t think it’s acceptable when you call ahead with an order online, You show up to pick it up and it takes another 28 minutes to make a sandwich with four people and only three tickets up to be made. In my opinion, there should be more Sense of urgency And not stand around and talk

Always a good meal at Firehouse. The people here are very friendly and attentive. I'm always surprised at how they can be so friendly and efficient when most places aren't. I like the smokehouse brisket sandwich with chips and a cherry lime aid. If you have never tried Firehouse, try it today, you won't be disappointed!

This establishment is ridiculous. It's so slow is beyond annoying. Service was bad and the food was no better. I'm upset with myself for waiting and not just asking for a refund. For a place that supports Firefighters you've got to do better. This place is a complete failure.

I have had Firehouse subs only a hand few of times, but the location in Jefferson City wasn't up to par. I ordered my subs without onions and was on the receipt. They still had onions on them. They were also cold when they were supposed to be hot sandwiches. I didn't complain because I they are still great sandwiches and I didn't want them to throw away good food. The other thing was that their restrooms were dirty and stunk horrible.
