Went through the drive through to grab supper. Employees were friendly. Order was relatively quick. Back to hotel in under 10 minutes. Food was cold, both fries and burger. Very little mustard on burger. Burger was dry. Burger bun was not fresh. All in all not impressed. Will not be going back.

Freddy’s is amazing! Delicious steakburgers, crispy fries, and the creamiest frozen custard. Always fast, fresh, and friendly. A perfect spot for a tasty meal and sweet treat! 5 stars!
Was not impressed. Rude workers and they were dumping cleaning supplies on the floor behind the check out counter. Also put my in-laws food next to a bucket of cleaner. Came out of the bathroom stall and there was a worker in there and she just glared at me. My husband said the same thing. My mother-in-law almost fell a few times because of the floors being so slick.
Jordan @ Freddy's in Jefferson City is the BEST!! He helped me out big time finding an egg ingredient in something that says No egg on the allergy list online and potentially saved my son, honestly! I had ordered him the chicken tenders knowing that the allergy list said no egg and he went above and beyond to search the package to double check for me and found egg. I already had the chicken tenders so he took care of my order for me and got my son something else free of no charge. Amazing customer service!! And he was so kind. Such a gentleman.
Fast fresh food, friendly staff, clean tables. Nice quick meal experience!!

The food here is pretty damn good to be honest - I like the chicken here far better than steak n shake, and I would put this place on the top shelf of fast food.
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the cost reflects this fact, being more expensive for my meal than any other fast food place aside from Culvers - despite this though, I love the old American diner vibe, and I loved the ice cream!
A good variety of sandwiches and ice cream specialties.
My wife and I love the food and service here. The food is always fresh and hot and the service has always been friendly, especially the drive thru. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that is usually working the drive thru. She is always so nice to us and always has a smile. If we had a restaurant we would hire her.
