The live music is always a treat, unfortunately it was overshadowed by the male bartender who was extremely rude and forced me to leave after buying 2 beers. After closing my tab I was talking with a few of the others sitting outside the establishment, the bartender literally got in my face just short of physically removing me even though I was on a public sidewalk at that point. This isn’t the first time they have treated their customers this way, prompting this review. Very disappointing..

3 of us gals drove from Iowa to hear Ben Green play. I loved the atmosphere. Everyone was so welcoming. The drinks were great. I had gin and tonic with lime. The staff and customers were so loving and kind!! Met Steve, Steve and Kevin... highly recommend hanging out here. We will be back even if its a 4 1/2 hour drive.

A bit more upscale than the other drinking establishment I visited, this was more comfortable and more open. Definitely not a dive bar and more like a beer bar.I was able to study the list and select a beer, then found a great seat by the window that not only had a view of the street and a little bit of a breeze but also a power outlet.About two hours (and two beers) later, I had caught up on my Yelp reviews for the day, I had done some people watching, and I was ready to meet my friend for dinner across the street.

Had a nice evening here watching Byron perform. Wonderful atmosphere with a nice spring evening breeze.

The female bartender is the rudest person I have met in Jefferson City and that’s saying a lot. Overpriced drinks, the inside is small and uncomfortable. The "locals" are very unwelcoming if you don’t match their "type". I will never go back worst bar in Jefferson City. The reviews online are all from friends of the owners and do not reflect a real review. Save your time and money and go someplace else. Steve the owner is never actually at the bar so all the reviews about him are pretty much fake.
