The food was decent, normal fast food fare, but my LARGE drink was packed so full of ice, I couldn't get the straw jammed down into the cup. I doubt there was more than 8 ounces of liquid in the cup.

Horrible first they put whipped cream on my shake even l though I asked for none that's not a big deal since they remade it but then the cup is only half full for $5 i got a half full cup of shake then my fries are cold like they have been sitting there for 30mins be the last time I get lunch here spend $20 make me feel like I just got robbed

I LOVE their breakfast lineup, it's been wonderful for several years now. The new blueberry biscuits are GREAT. DoorDash is the luck of the draw. They should let us pick our drivers - why write down instructions when they won't bother to read and/or follow them? Let us choose a driver, one of the few, that give good service. Note that on a delivery order ERROR the store expects YOU to contact the driver and request that s/he return to the store to pick up the correction!!! Neither Hardee's app nor Hardee's online gives you that ability, I take it to be done thru the DoorDash app.Good luck with that!
The chicken was very concerning and the bun was stale on my sandwich, when I asked for curly fires they put curly fries on top and put normal on bottom, don't recommend.

When I ate my food, to go, at Binder Field, everything was so salty, that I couldn't taste anything but salt. I know about bringing out the flavor in food, but come on! Double Star combo? More like A shaker of Salt combo. At the very least, the Coke was good...

Just went through the drive-through at this Hardee’s and the food was absolutely awful especially the french fries. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

We went there on 6/25/25, it was hot in the lobby, the air condition was blowing hot air into the lobby. The burgers tasted old, maybe even spoiled. We were going to dinner in, but it was too hot, so we went out to our vehicle to eat.

We got 2 number #3’s today and when I tell you it was a waste of money and time the sandwich was sloppy full of mayonnaise all you Dolan taste was mayonnaise & bread I could say more but that was just horrible they gave us that messy melt 😡🤢
