We sat in the drive through for 27 minutes before getting our food. Way too long to be considered fast food. No napkins and we weren’t asked if we wanted ketchup or anything for fries. Hardee’s needs to step it up if they want to stay open.

I’m so thankful for the friendly service when I go to Hardee’s. I like to stop there before work to grab an egg and cheese biscuit, and the people are always so friendly. This morning, in particular, it made my day! I go to the Washington Missouri Hardee’s on Fifth Street. Great people!
Dietary restrictions: They were happy to answer my questions about one of the menu items (the stuffed omelet biscuit) because I’m allergic to pork.

Idk how hard it is to get a fast food order correct and either does Hardee's since nobody there can seem to do it. Ordered a bacon,egg,n cheese biscuit meal I got 2 biscuits no hash rounds and these people want minimum wage to go up. For what? Anybody can just throw whatever in a bag and hand it out a window

Asked for fresh food and they cooked it fresh! It hit the spot for sure and filled me up after a long day at work. Little lady with the black hair was so sweet.

Washington Missouri Hardy’s
Waited 5 minutes sitting in the drive thru, then asked for apple turn over and was told we don’t have any done and that it would take 4 minutes so I said ok. Then I sat at the drive up window for another 8 minutes,, when I got home there was no apple turn over in the bag.
This place is terrible on any kind of service! I’ve been there when there were no cup, lids and they could be out of anything on any given day

I reside just a few blocks away. After purchasing our meal via the drive-thru, we returned home. Upon eating, we found my husband's burger consisted mostly of lettuce on a cold, unappealing bun with a patty the size of a McDonald's one, and it was barely warm. My mushroom and Swiss burger lacked Swiss cheese and had about three pieces of mushroom with a scant amount of sauce. The curly fries, which seemed microwaved, were still cold and utterly unpalatable. It's perplexing how a pre-made, frozen burger could be so poorly prepared, and how fries could be mishandled—apparently, they were microwaved. The bun resembled stale bread, neither toasted nor warm. Despite the drive-thru being empty and no diners present, the meal appeared to lack any effort. This establishment has become more and more disappointing. They should reconsider their business practices. Moreover, when I called to express our dissatisfaction, the employee on the phone was unable to communicate effectively, leaving me waiting for a response. After about a 2 minute pause, she asked if I wanted a remake of the order, which is unacceptable. I expect a refund and for the owner to take serious consideration regarding their license. This isn't the first instance of substandard food from this place, and I am determined not to spend any more of my money on such disappointing meals. Please do not ask me to contact you and please do not tell me you are upset to hear about my displeasure of slop and incompetence. You have a 3 star rating and many unsatisfied customers, if you can't see the problem. Then you must be the problem.

LIKE I STATED IN MY DIPLOMATIC MEMO. DO NOT ASK ME TO CONTACT YOU AND DONT TELL ME YOU ARE SADDENED... JUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE RUBBISH YOU SERVE TO THIS COMMUNITY. AFTER ALL JEFF CITY FOLKS THAT STILL GO THERE HAVE STUCK WITH YOU GUYS. AT LEAST GIVE THEM THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE ESPECIALLY FOR PAYING SO MUCH FOR TRASH FOOD. ?

Are and have been sitting in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes. I wish the wait was the worst part. Didn’t rate the food because we don’t have it yet…..also…..Jeff City Hardees….you might want your friends over in Washington to change the QR code in their drive thru to take a person to their google reviews not yours….

Spent over 51dollats in food waited over 20 minutes to be handed a cold meal

Placed order at roughly 6:40 pm. One order ahead of mine, which didn't take long. Paid and waited at the window a few mins. Get the food and head home. I don't live 5 mins away. The fries were cold and soggy, like the microwave couldn't even think about helping. I ordered my burger with NO onion, and there was extra onions, and the patty was cold.
This was horrible, will not be going back.
We ordered a frisco burger meal and a cheeseburger meal
