The Manger is from Russia but that makes me any difference it was the way that he treated his employees with no respect for them or about the costumes he doesn't treat any one me and my mom when to Hardee's around 12:00 and I ordered a sour dough with no tomato with an American cheese with no Swiss cheese and no tomato and my mom ordered a small hot &cheese the Manger was not happy and he was not nice or polite and he didn't do anything about are food we don't think that he should be a Manger he treats his employees like crab and he doesn't the same thing to the costume I think as an Manger he treat his custumer i that their happy to be their and not make their day start off bad and at least he should have try to replace the order thanks for listening

Went there today with my son. Had to wait to order while money got counted. Ok, whatever. Got an incorrect item. The receipt was wrong, which indicates the order was taken wrong. They tried to give me the correct sandwich which was around a dollar less than the incorrect sandwich that I paid for. After I spoke up, they sort of made it right by giving me a second sandwich. Again, ok. But that's not the biggest problem. My son found a hair in his sandwich. As we were leaving, I told the lady behind the counter what had happened, and that we were not really upset, but they needed to be aware of it. Apparently she thought it was funny, because she looked right at me and just laughed. I said I wasn't sure what exactly was so funny and just turned and walked out. All things considered, I'm really sad to say we will not be returning. Incidentally, I don't believe putting public health at risk is a laughing matter.

Byron I have made me a believer a Hardee's again, for 6 years I did not go to Hardee's to do something that happened down south. My son asked me to go to Hardee's one day and Byron, at the Jeff City location was great polite and just made our day. We now try to go at least every other week I took him for breakfast for the first time today and it was great as usual.
About the worst place I've ever been to. You need a 4 wheel drive truck to get out of the potholes in the drive thru. No one speaks English. No matter what I've ordered, it's never right, taste and looks like it was made 2days before then heated in a microwave. I've tried going in to order and you end up with 3 so called cashiers who have no idea what they even sell. Whom ever owns this franchise needs to get their head out of their butt and fix all these problems. I'm totally surprised the doors haven't been permanently locked and the place shut down. And the corporate office doesn't seem to care either. If I could have given a negative 5 star I would have !!

Ordered two regular cheeseburgers. Buns were not very soft. Tasted like the burgers were made the day before. One bun appeared to have mold on it. Should've got a gas station ⛽️ burger ?
