I love this place. It's ran by kids so they def know their ice cream and it's delicious and they're super nice behind those blank teenage stares. You can't even tell they want you and your kid to hurry up so they can go back to their snap chats or Instagrams the one kid even gave my kid the gummy worm topping he forgot he wanted till he saw it after I paid ?

It’s was so good I got the cookies and cream and my northern got bubble gum and the atmosphere was so nice they also had outdoor seating and it was a really nice experienceParking: There was a lot of parking and u could park next to it by the dollar store if u couldn’t find any parkingKid-friendliness: There was a big gumball machine that could keep kids occupied as well as just the atmosphere the workers are so nice to little kids as well as respectful

Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day but the ice cream is amazing and the kids working are always friendly and pretty quick. Seating isn't the most comfortable but you are eating ice cream so it's not like you are going to be there forever.

The ice cream factory was perfect for a late night ice cream on a 4 degree night in Jefferson City! It’s located on Madison street just Caddy corner from Central Dairy Ice Cream. Both are delicious! The ice cream factory was open late and we enjoyed their delicious flavors. Looks like they have a nice outdoor patio for when it warms up and the staff was friendly and helpful with tasting flavors.

My ice cream was not very good and I didn’t taste any malt in my chocolate malt. The guy touched my lid with the wet hands he just washed dishes with. The brownies were rock solid.

The ice cream here is awesome. We stop in here on our way back to St Louis from eating in the Ozarks. We do this a few times a year on our motorcycles. The goey butter flavor is out of this world and deserves a 5 star review but I was shorted $5 change and didn't notice it until I got home
The food is really good but I'm tired of asking for dairy free and being told flavors are and they end up not being dairy free. My bowels are unhappy right now. Second time this happened.
