Came to IHOP Monday just before 11:00 wanting breakfast. Waited 5 minutes just to get seated. Then another 5 minutes to see a waiter. After ordering 20 minutes went by when the waiter came to the table next to me saying their food will be up in a couple of minutes. 5 minutes later came back saying the same thing. I then asked the waiter about my order and she said she d I didn't cook the food so she didn't know. That's when I left along with another customer Never seen this slow of service in other IHOP and the kicker was they were not that busy.

Worst experience with an IHOP we have ever endured. Arrived at about 11:30 am. Restaurant was not busy. Half of the dining room still had the chairs up on the tables. Temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Wife and granddaughter kept their winter coats on all through the meal. Wife and I ordered coffee with cream, of the three silverware rolls only 1 had a spoon. Took very long time to get food and by the time it arrived at the table, the only thing that was warm was the center of my brick of hashbrowns. Pancakes were so cold the butter would not melt even when placed between them. Granddaughter finally received her chocolate milk in time to wash down her final few bites. Server seemed lost as he would bring something out then stop and look at the couple of tables as if trying to figure out where he was going. Very disappointed and doubtful we will return to this location.

Look, it's breakfast food. Pretty nice breakfast food - if you like breakfast food, you will like this. Had pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. Everything was delicious, drove 30 minutes out of the way for it and it was still worth it.
Now - the tech. Get the app. Get one big meal - splurge a little. Get your pancoins on the app. If you're first time and ate well, you should have 9-12 coins. Go in 3 or 4 more times and use them for a short stack. Then get a hashbrown. You just paid 4 dollars for a quality breakfast. Leave a dollar tip and enjoy knowing you ate good for 5 bucks.

We were immediately seated. Our server was outstanding, taking our order and following up to make sure we were taken care of. Food was hot and delicious.

There were three tables in the restaurant, all were eating. It took 45 minutes without being served. There was a fight in the kitchen, swearing. I have never received good service at an IHOP and will never go to another one.

We were the ONLY customers. We had to wait 5 minutes before anyone noticed us to be seated. That should have been our clue to leave; but since we are a family that has worked in the service industry, we gave the benefit of the doubt. It took over an hour to get a portion of our food. We ordered gluten free pancakes with no butter because my kid is allergic to dairy. We were served the gluten kind with butter. The hash brown were burnt. My eggs were not fully cooked. The sirloin tips were spoiled meat. My kid's burger was close to raw. Don't go to this location!!

This place has some serious issues! Not very busy, had to wait to be seated & employees looking at each other like they didn't know who was supposed to do what job. Finally got seated, took about 15 minutes for him to come back to take our orders (4 of us). We waited for 35 minutes & our food still wasn't there, so we left. Sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Was worried about going due to the reviews but it was a very pleasant experience. Food was good, hot and the service was quick and friendly.
This place was NASTY. Uncooked food, hair laying visibly on top as soon as it was brought out, hostess was coughing everywhere and not even trying to cover her mouth.

Took 10 minutes to get anybody to see me took another 15 minutes to take my order then took 20 minutes to get my bill after I was done very poor service and I’ve also noticed on the other reviews you want them to download this so they can resolve your problems. It plainly states what the problem is you have very lazy workers who don’t do their job it needs to be taken care of or you’re gonna lose more and more business until you have to shut down. What’s the point in doing a review if you don’t fix the problem and obvious you Have not because everybody has the exact same complaint poor service workers are lazy and don’t care about the customers. They’re too busy in the back talking.

Looking for a place in Jefferson City for Sunday morning breakfast. Walked into IHOP and Lobby was full and empty tables everywhere. Turned around and left and went to the competitor for an amazing breakfast.
