I stopped at the Jeff City IHOP with a group of about 15 high schoolers recently on the way home from the state basketball tournament. I called ahead to let them know when to expect us. They were extremely accommodating and the food and service were both EXCELLENT. Highly recommend!

There were only 2 tables when we got there last night around 5:30pm and we were seated quickly. We ended up having to go find a waitress though and met James the cook when we yelled into the kitchen to see if anyone was still there. He was fantastic and our food came out quickly and was 10/10. He got the hostess for us so we could order. Everything else was subpar. Even though 3 tables were occupied once we sat down, there wasn't another clean table visible. The waitress and hostess walked by the dirty tables multiple times. A manager lady even came out and walked up and down the dirty row at least twice. Our waitress was nice though.

This place is horrible!! The food was absolutely bland and terrible! Hair in the food! Waitresses were unbelievably SLOW, and whe asked to bring something, they didn’t bring til 20 minutes later if not longer! I will NEVER eat here again!!!

Marley was a phenomenal server today at IHOP, delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. With a friendly attitude and genuine attentiveness, Marley made sure all of us felt welcomed and well taken care of. Orders were handled quickly and accurately, and any requests were met with patience and professionalism. Marley stayed on top of refills, checked in at just the right moments, and maintained a positive, upbeat energy even during busy periods. Overall, Marley’s dedication to great service truly stood out and made the visit enjoyable for everyone.

me and my boyfriend came in for some breakfast, neither of us had been to ihop for years. walking in we were immediately greeted by 2 very kind young men and was told Marley would be our server, little did we know we were getting complete incompetence. we ordered i had to repeat myself 10-15 times, she seemed out of it. we ordered 3 drinks and i had asked for an extra straw, again had to remind her 3 times (finally got it AFTER MY FOOD CAME). Ive work in the restaurant industry and this is the poorest server i have ever met, my food came out and it was wrong, completely wrong. i had said something to her and she looked at me with doe eyes i said nevermind i just wont eat, again the 2 young men walked over to make sure we were okay and i had repeated what i said that my food was wrong and they were quick to get it fixed, the kitchen and those 2 young men where amazing i hope Marley is able to take some notes from them!

Just went there me and my family stood in the breezeway waiting to be seated for ten minutes while two waitresses the manager and a cook stood there never seated us so we left not the manager was also being very rude towards her waitresses the cook nudges the manager about us standing there and nothing was done so we left and went to Oscar’s classic diner what’s a great place to eat with great service

Came to IHOP Monday just before 11:00 wanting breakfast. Waited 5 minutes just to get seated. Then another 5 minutes to see a waiter. After ordering 20 minutes went by when the waiter came to the table next to me saying their food will be up in a couple of minutes. 5 minutes later came back saying the same thing. I then asked the waiter about my order and she said she d I didn't cook the food so she didn't know. That's when I left along with another customer Never seen this slow of service in other IHOP and the kicker was they were not that busy.
