Live in Dallas, TX. For years, always look forward to picking up a pizza here on the way to Iowa, about 3 times a year. Love this pizza!! Always great until today. Something off with the crust. Was not crispy at all. It was hard and chewy. Like it was missing an ingredient Very hard to explain. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Hope it was just a fluke!!

Never had IMO’S before until today and will not be returning. Delivery order was extremely late, food was cold and tasted terrible. Pizza looked as if it was dropped and tossed around, missing items from my order. I expected a better outcome for how much I spent. Lesson learned, will not be returning and would strongly suggest going somewhere else.
