If I could leave no stars, I would. The mistake I’ve made is continuously going back to see if the service and the accuracy of the orders ever improve. This location is awful, especially when compared to the Osage Beach location I’ve been to. They have completely messed up my last 4 orders. The most recent time, they had run out of boneless wings for my two orders of 12, and instead of cancelling our order or letting us know when we picked it up, they gave us half our order (all one flavor instead of the two chosen) and stuffed the remainder of what they had in the kitchen in one box. Didn’t bother telling us. Thankfully, we knew better from past experience and checked. They were not sympathetic in the slightest and did nothing to make up for the extra half hour we sat there waiting for bone-in wings instead. It’s obvious they need to stop hiring the bottom of the barrel employees, even if that’s a large portion of the entry level Jefferson City population.

Very affordable, good wings and no cheap containers when you ordered delivery...we ordered twice from them best wings for any price.....the con not many flavors of wings .....but still awesome

I took my kids to dinner here. We’re we’re not well attended to. Then there were extra charges on my bill. Some item’s never arrived. Overall- a bad experience. What made it worse was that my call to management was dismissive and blame based. I won’t be back and I encourage others to be warned.

These are some of the best wings I've had. I ordered the boneless honey chipotle and the Hawaiian teriyaki. AMAZING!!!!!! The wings were crispy, the fries were the nice balance. Great job! When I visit Jeff city again in the future, you are my first order.

I had ordered 16 piece bone in chickenwings the chicken wings look like it was not cooked at all its white looking and the curly fries was really soggy almost like it’s been sitting in oil for a while I would never recommend anyone to order here I will never eat here again the first and the last time I eat here no thank you.

We just got our Door Dash order and It was screwed up. We ordered 16 bone in wings. Half Lemon Pepper and Half Garlic Parmesan.When we opened the orders, we got 8 bone in smoked wings and 8 Boneless breaded wings. (they looked like chicken nuggets)Oh. the fries were limp and soggy as well.I didn't bother to call and complain due, to having to wait another 40 minutes to get the correct order.Hope they read reviews. It's July 27th. Ordered around 6:15 pm.

man i’m tryna order wings and door dash won’t let me order wings so i guess i can’t get wings. kinda lame that i can only order through door dash. i called the store and was told to try calling door dash. i called doordash and they tell me the store has their hours set wrong on there and they can’t edit that so that’s why i can’t order. call the store again just to make sure i can’t order over the phone and i can’t. doesn’t make any sense. wings look good and the prices are good but only being able to order through door dash is pretty d**** hopefully it’s fixed and i can try it soon
We ordered takeout on line and picked the order up curbside. Our food was ready in about 25 minutes and picking up the order was easy. The food was very good.

There was no one in there except two other small parties, the hostess said there would be a ten minute wait, we said that will be fine, then a waitress came and said it would be a twenty five minute, we said ok, then the manager said they could not a party of six, they served the party of five behind us, the worst service we ever had and will not return or recommend to anyone.

totally disappointed, baby back ribs, fries and Cole slaw. baby back ribs should not be fatty, mine were, yuck!. the fries and slaw appeared to be half an order.

This is a well managed Chili's. Friendly and professional servers. The lunch food was delivered quickly and was cooked perfectly.
