J Cafe Boba Tea & Sandwich

I called to place an order for pickup. I ordered 2 combo pho bowls with extra meat and noodles and they didnt give me any of the extras me and my partner paid for. We called to get the extras or get a refund and the owner said no to both and hung up on us in the middle of the call

I ordered 3 Milk Tea boba's and instead of milk tea it's all smoothies. I'm sorry but if you can't make the original order the customer ask for then why even open the shop.

This was by far the worst pho I’ve ever tasted. Very watered down. Was not worth it. You got everything that comes with Pho. But when I say no salt or flavor. That is exactly what I mean. I’ve been down south all the way to Pennsylvania. Very disappointed I’ve had different variations.If I was petty enough I’d ask for my money back. So, I’ll just worn you.

Food was good, had flavor hot, service sucked so much. I wouldn’t go back we spend $60 dollars weren’t welcomed got ignored lady kept laughing while helping us. Just over all horrible environment not welcoming and not worth the trip.

The chicken wings are so delicious!! The rice noodles are a bit sweet, but I think it would be good if they could tone down the sweetness a bit.

They make you pay a fee for using card. The business owner should pay & not put it onto the customers. They don’t offer any free water even when you dine in & eat at the place. Customer service was little to none. Worker was rude.

Very good food and pretty fast service. It feels uninviting, though, that they don’t provide free ice water. We often get a milk tea but it would be nice to have water too without having to buy a bottled water, especially when the menu prices are on the high side already (I think the prices are higher now than what is shown here online). The pho is really good and I love the house made curry with sweet potatoes and tofu or chicken, and the jasmine rice.

This was my first visit to this Cafe. I wish I would have tried J's before now. I tried the combination noodle dish. Very good. I believe anything you order will be delicious. The dining area is neat and clean. Not a long wait for your order. I'll definitely try them again in the near future.
