Jay’s is the only game in town when it comes to authentic Vietnamese food. I usually go for the eye round pho or the brisket pho. The broth is delicious and the noodles are plenty. They don’t skimp on the meat served in the soup either. Ask for a little chili paste for your soup and add just a dab for a premium experience. I go every Friday (at least). The atmosphere is clean and the ambient music is not overwhelming. Great place.Kid-friendliness: I see families come in.

Customer service is dry and unfriendly. The young dude at the register was young and spoke English but he was blah. The lady who delivered our food (very quickly) was nice but couldn't speak English. The phone was ringing off the hook but she couldn't help. The dining room has been remodeled and is now clean, open, modern, and relaxing. The bowl of pho was delicious, the broth was clean and hot, but it was $15! Sadly, some of the herbal leaves were black & wilted. My bowl of grilled pork and noodles was killer but it was also $15.2 fried egg rolls were $6, delish, but pricey AF.Traditionally, a bowl of pho is supposed to be a rather cheap bowl of hot soup w/veggies and noodles. I know that prices for everything has exploded but damn.Unfortunately, this will be more of a special night out instead of dropping in a couple times a week.
$1.50 for water? Way overpriced for what you get. Over $40.00 for lunch for two people. Never again.

Mid. Only ever come here because it's the only boba tea option in town. Compared to other boba cafe's in Columbia, the boba here are hit or miss. For the drinks: most of the time the boba itself is not fresh and the consistency feels like marshmallows. You get a lot of boba AND a lot of ice with very little of the drink so after 2 minutes of sipping all you have is ice on top of old boba. Service: slow, and compared to the other cafe's the employees here seem like they cannot be bothered to actually serve customers. Price: 8 bucks for a drink is pretty expensive considering the above. Even Starbucks is cheaper...

Prices seems high, bathroom is down a hallway outside the restaurant and requires handling a shared key. Staff not particularly

The food was amazing ,very good and also big portions. The chef was wonderful .He made us feel like family , and offered a free crab soup sample . We had the stir fry and fried rice . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone . A little gem for sure .Dietary restrictions: Most of the food is gluten free, which really makes it easy for my daughter who has celiac disease.
