I am so upset that this new store closed when COVID hit. Can someone tell me if and when it will reopen?

Whoever made the tacos put waaaaay too much red sauce on it. Ruined them. Messy and it was the only thing I could taste. And I only visit JITB for the tacos. So yea....disappointed.

This place is comical and not in a good way. Went through the drive thru at 12:30pm. The first 3 or 4 items we tried to order they were out of. He then went through a list of things they were out. When we got to the window. There were 3 guys "working" the window only one appeared to work there. The others were in street clothes They were polite and obviously high. It was also strange that no other cars were in the drive thru or parking lot. Long story short. If we would have had a code word I'm sure we would have drove away with much more than a couple of bugers. Damn the luck! Lol

Managed poorly in the evening. Food aweful. Burger burnt with wilted condiments. Was given rock hard tacos. Employees playing around behind counter. Acted uninterested in helping me when I came in. Never go back.

We went on Christmas Day so I was willing to wait a little... I was thankful they were open. However, it took 30 minutes to get our food! The people that walked in the door with us ordered, ate, and left and we still had no food. Another group that ordered after us got their food before we did. We ended up with one sandwich and fries that weren't even anything we ordered about 10 minutes before we got everything else. Then when we finally got our food, fries were hot, tenders were hot, sandwiches cold. I love Jack in the Box but definitely not the one in Jefferson City. Very disappointed, won't be back!

Went to drive thru and placed order at 9:05pm. Drove around and waited 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me at the window. Once I got to the window, I waited again for a moment until a guy walked up wearing red sunglasses and looked terrible. No sorry for the wait, just tells me my total. I asked if I was waiting another 15-20 minutes. He just slowly repeated my total. Again I asked same question. Same response form employee.

I enjoyed their double bacon cheese burger. I must say, I don't frequent this place often but I really liked their burgers. Service was fast through the drive thru. Will start eating here more often. And the prices are not bad for their food.
The food is good but if you use the drive thru as often as not you have a long wait. (3-20 min)

Lady behind the counter was unfriendly and rude. The place is filthy. Water on the floor in front of the soda dispenser. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled horrible. Even the plastic number deal was dirty with a million greasy fingerprints on it. I won’t be back. It sucks because I love their food.
