Love the drinks and people(staff). Wish they had more help early in the morning, had to skip today, there were 4 people in line. Although, this beats all the energy drinks out there. It is my go-to place to make it thru Thursday and Friday.

Best shakes and best teas in town! Also the lowest prices with the best quality. I won’t go to any other shop anymore because they just don’t make teas and shakes the same way Jefferson City Nutrition does. When I’m not in town I crave a shake or tea so badly. Best part is the near zero sugar and yet the teas and shakes taste way better than sugar drinks. I’m not usually a big fan of zero sugar drinks because they taste fake and yet I love love love the shakes. The teas are perfect for a healthy boost of energy and vitamins! I sleep so much better with the niteworks teas and the low calorie shakes are super filling, sometimes I get two because they’re so good. I have met so many people who have lost 30-100 lbs just by drinking the shakes for lunch or dinner. It’s genius, the employees are friendly and you get a great start to your day. Also the ingredients they use are super high quality and they only get better and better as they’re reviewed by nutritionists constantly and approved by doctors so you know you’re getting a super healthy tea or shake.

I have tried several and I mean several shops around the area. Jefferson City Nutrition is by far my #1 place to go to. I understand every shop has the same recipes and maybe different names, but remain the same. However, none of them compare to how JCN makes their drinks. They are soo good and delicious. And on top of that their workers are so happy, helpful, and friendly. I wish I could stop in more often.

This is my absolute FAVORITE drink stop in Jeff City! First of all, the owner and all of the staff are amazing people! They make you feel special, cared for, and are just great listeners. Then, the loaded teas are to die for! Wow...there are just too many good ones to list. Also, no sugar crash and just deliciousness. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it! You won't regret it.

Stopped in earlier this week to check it out and wow! So many great options, it was almost a bit overwhelming for a first-time visitor. Staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in picking out a meal replacement shake that fit my keto diet... I wish I could’ve asked a few more questions about the macros for this specific shake (German chocolate) but very delicious and kept me full most of the day! Definitely will be coming back and trying other drinks and teas!
