Jefferson's Deli

The employees and restaurant itself were fine. The food was just okay and way, way overpriced for what you recieve. I think that $9.75 for a couple slices of Turkey with a small amount of Sauerkraut and a slice of cheese is too much. Throw in $2.75 for about 3 1/2 fork fulls of Potato Salad and the whole meal was very underwhelming. I probably could have paid about the same for at least double the amount of sandwich at Jersey Mike's.

When looking for a fresh bite to eat look no further. Jefferson city deli was far above expectations. Amazing service, and atmosphere, the food, one word excellent. Around of applause 👏 will return to try more!

I got the hot pastrami for $10.50, no side. What little bit of meat I got tasted great, it was just a few thin slices. Could barely see it peeking out between the two slices of bread. Great taste, but I left hungry. For $1.50 more, I can get the New Yorker at McCallisters and it's exploding with meat, and it comes with a side as well! I like the food here, there's just not enough of it.

The owner and staff are all very welcoming and the food is fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. I've eaten at Jefferson deli many, many times and have never had anything but good experiences. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy lunch spot. I had the Big Chef and a side of deli pasta and my lunch partner had the hot pastrami sandwich.
Big Chef salad greens tasted like the earth, house buttermilk ranch has a miracle whip flavor (not a bad thing, just a note), and wish you guys had a couple kid options, preferably a deli meat and cheese plate as one.
Love your simple and entertaining menu, as well as the old timey political theme that is perfect in the state capitol.
