My boss turned me on to Jersey Mike's when in JC for work, now I go there just about evey time I am in town. In my opinion there's not a better sub shop than Jersey Mike's. I only gave a 4 star for the fact that most of the staff is not overly friendly. There is one gentleman there that is friendlier than the rest (wish I knew his name I would give him a shout out, I believe he has long hair). Don't get me wrong, no one is rude, just not overly friendly.

6/8/2024. 2:30pm. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I don't say this lightly but it was obvious that the women working does not like white people. So uncomfortable we ate in the car in front just to be out of there. She wouldn't even take the $50 for a $27 two sub order from the counter, making my GF lift it to her hand although I had payed and would've refused. Incredibly disappointed. I own a resort and would immediately fire someone affecting my business like that. I will check back because I like Jersey Mike's but if that same employee is there, I'll go next door to the competition. That attitude is a business killer.

The employees were so rude. Everyone acted so inconvenienced by our presence at literally the slowest time of the day that I started to feel uncomfortable. Was told it would be “impossible” for a number 7 to be made with beef instead of turkey. Huh? I get being fed up at a minimum wage job but being kind to someone who is being kind to you is so basic and easy.

This saddens me to give this rating because jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop, but the person taking our order was just flat out rude from the moment we walked into the restaurant. And my hot sub wasn't that good either. Just over all not that good of an experience.

$20 for a #66 Portabella cheese steak. They did not put on any steak. S&T or whoever owns it is really cheating the customer out. The first picture is the online picture and the second picture is what I actually got. I live a 30 minute interstate drive from place so not driving back. Just won't go again

My friends and I were served on 5/19/24 and the three workers were collectively the most unpleasant people I’ve ever been served by. It was almost comical how miserable they were. And all the open tables had food and greasy residues left behind. It was nasty in there.

I hope their management gets some workers who don’t roll their eyes and huff when customers ask for them to repeat themselves or add pickles lol.

Second time I've had Jersey Mike's, and the first for the rest of the family. We all LOVED our food, and that's saying something with all of us. The food was good, the store was neat and tidy, and the staff was awesome.As I'm sitting here eating the leftovers, there's one other thing to mention. The missus left her purse there yesterday evening by accident. They saw it, grabbed it, and held on to it until I could run over there to pick it up.We will definitely be eating there again, and if you like sandwiches, you should give it a try.

Went in to pick up a sub, to get back to the office with no bacon on the sub. Called this in and gentleman had no remorse and was not willing to right the wrong other than "You can come back and get the bacon" Ill be sure to take extra time out of my lunch for the bud.
