I always get a good sandwich at Jersey Mike's!

My friends and I decided to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time after work. We came in at around 4:30. The workers were very helpful and patient with us because none of us have been here before. After we got our sandwiches, this old lady came in and asked about a mobile order that she demanded to be done by 5 when she ordered and instantly got upset when it wasn’t ready. It was 4:55. She then repeatedly, and loudly, kept yelling at the workers to make sure the sandwich was cut into 4. However, the workers did a very good job at handling the angry woman. Regardless of the short situation, the sandwiches were phenomenal and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ive been going to Jersey mikes consistently for more than 2 years now and I have never had a single bad experience. Its always clean and the workers are always so kind and are so good at what they do!

I ordered a sandwich and paid to have it delivered. It was never delivered. I called the store and advised it was not delivered. They advised the driver had not picked it up. In checking my phone, it appears the driver texted several times that I needed to cancel the order becuase he/she was not going to pick up the sandwich becuase the tip was not large enough. If your expecting delivery of your food, you may want to choose a different business. It's too bad. I like the sandwiches, but I will never order delivery again from this business.

NEVER get curbside pickup from this here. Waited over 40 minutes to get our food and saw people come and go that got here AFTER US. Absolutely ridiculous.

The sandwiches are delicious—as always. I make pickup orders ahead of time—as always. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered at this location, I walk in at my desired pickup time to discover my order isn’t ready. My order hasn’t even started being made. Only when I tell them my name do they take my ticket off the rack and start making it. I end up leaving 10 minutes after desired pickup time.

Why place a mobile order for pickup, to be ready and packaged up at x time, if they won’t make it until you arrive?

Discouraging trend with this location all of a sudden. I hope it improves.

Employees were not very nice. Bread was old and hard. Ordered 2 sandwiches came out 5 minutes apart.

Jay is awesome! Im there about once a week or so and he’s always very nice and even remembers our orders.

The staff was very friendly and the subs were delicious!

Went Friday during lunch hour and the staff was very rude. Love Kaloni, best employee!
