The sandwiches are delicious—as always. I make pickup orders ahead of time—as always. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered at this location, I walk in at my desired pickup time to discover my order isn’t ready. My order hasn’t even started being made. Only when I tell them my name do they take my ticket off the rack and start making it. I end up leaving 10 minutes after desired pickup time.

Why place a mobile order for pickup, to be ready and packaged...

My boss turned me on to Jersey Mike's when in JC for work, now I go there just about evey time I am in town. In my opinion there's not a better sub shop than Jersey Mike's. I only gave a 4 star for the fact that most of the staff is not overly friendly. There is one gentleman there that is friendlier than the rest (wish I knew his name I would give him a shout out, I believe he has long hair). Don't get me wrong, no one is rude, just not overly friendly.

Second time I've had Jersey Mike's, and the first for the rest of the family. We all LOVED our food, and that's saying something with all of us. The food was good, the store was neat and tidy, and the staff was awesome.As I'm sitting here eating the leftovers, there's one other thing to mention.
