My friends and I decided to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time after work. We came in at around 4:30. The workers were very helpful and patient with us because none of us have been here before. After we got our sandwiches, this old lady came in and asked about a mobile order that she demanded to be done by 5 when she ordered and instantly got upset when it wasn’t ready. It was 4:55. Ive been going to Jersey mikes consistently for more than 2 years now and I have never had a single bad experience. Its always clean and the workers are always so kind and are so good at what they do!

The sandwiches are delicious—as always. I make pickup orders ahead of time—as always. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered at this location, I walk in at my desired pickup time to discover my order isn’t ready. My order hasn’t even started being made. Only when I tell them my name do they take my ticket off the rack and start making it. I end up leaving 10 minutes after desired pickup time.
