I'll start by saying I've had good luck contacting businesses via Facebook, but this location (now on Truman Blvd) hasn't been updated; just like this site. Jimmy John's Store #1250, Jefferson City, MO I don't leave reviews lightly, but I believe this one may help others avoid frustration, wasted time, and questionable food safety. Over the past few months, I've had repeated issues with Jimmy John's Store #1250--poor food quality, inconsistent portions, ordering problems, and a troubling lack of customer care. The most recent issue involved receiving a "Unwich" (lettuce wrap) that was so brown and wilted it should never have been served. The turkey portion was also laughably small--something no reasonable customer would find acceptable. (Photos retained.) I didn't rush to judgment. I used their official feedback form, with the best of intentions, twice. I also emailed their support email as directed. All I received were automated responses. After waiting patiently for two weeks. That's when it became clear the real problem was accountability. Via email, a representative named Morgan told me to use the feedback form I tried and been ignored by twice. I turned to the website's live chat and was connected to...Morgan. Who now said flatly: "You will have to contact the location directly!". When I asked for clarification or a corporate contact, she refused to respond, ifnored my replies and disconnected the chat. It felt deliberately dismissive and deeply unprofessional. Eventually, the local general manager sent a short email offering store credit. But by that point, it wasn't about a refund. It was about my intentions to support a local business; about principle, and the sheer effort it took to get any response at all. I'm writing this to help others understand: If something goes wrong with your order, you may be ignored, deflected, or treated rudely. I no longer have confidence that this location--or the Jimmy John's brand--takes customer concerns seriously. In good conscience, I cannot recommend this business.
Vegetarian options: I like the slim 6 as an unwich.

The 3 guys working the dinner shift were absolutely amazing, Brayden, Eliseo and a younger kid were so attentive and polite. Brayden was very patient waiting for our difficult order to be communicated (two younger picky allergy children) and never once got annoyed. Eliseo worked hard to ensure we received our entire order the first time and it was AMAZING!! 10/10 on the tuna for sure. And the younger guy was working very hard to make sure the entire restaurant was clean even taking the additional chair we used!! Tonight was a great experience!

Dietary restrictions: They have lettuce wraps as an option for bread, and they take extra care for gluten sensitivity. Just let them know if you need the extra precaution.

This is not a favorite place for a Deli. In all honesty, I've not found anything I like so far. I use them for catering at work and people tend to like the place.

The sandwiches were the #7 without salami. They were excellent. Seasonings were perfect! Oil & vinegar were added & were spot on!
I regularly go to Jimmy John's throughout the week for lunch. Needless to say I've been waited on by several different employees most of the experience are good or okay, its fast food I don't expect every employee to be super happy. That being said there is an employee there who on several instances has not been pleasant or nice in anyway. So today I went there for lunch and it so happened to be this employee. He was pleasant for a change which baffled me and he could see it in my face, but not moments later I overheard him talk to a coworker calling me racist because I gave him a "look". I'm sorry but you're appearance has nothing to do with it when you treat people rudely and it throws them for a loop. I enjoyed eating here for lunch but I'd rather eat elsewhere, hopefully to a place where small mindedness and race isn't on the menu.

I am actually a hot sub lover but the service and quality of the food at the Jeff City Jimmy John's makes their subs a close second. They are always quick and our order is always right. Highly recommend.

I just finally tried this place. Was craving something fresh. Not impressed. Sandwich ingredients were fine. The bread was so cold and hard, trying to take a bite sent it crumbling and my sandwich ingredients sliding out the other end to the plate. For the price, expected a better experience than Subway, closer to Firehouse Subs and it just missed the mark.Bread is just as important, if not more, than the ingredients. Sets the tone. Sorry guys!
