I have been going here for some years now. When I say it has gone downhill. I requested to have my gizzards drop twice. This has never been an issue. She told me they did have any fryers. I ask how are you cooking chicken then. You get an attitude for asking about your order. They give you what they want to give. Order is never right. Overall check your food.

Better than KFC. Service can kinda be rude and they changed to an AI ordering system at drive thru instead of a live person, which is better than the cranky lady that takes your money.

Went though the drive thru today. Now they have the cheesy automated voice system and it informed me it was out of livers.
I drove off, if You're too cheap to hire and train a human but will spend tons of money on automated systems to take a humans place, then you obviously don't need My business.
Get a robot to buy your subpar products!
