I live in St. Louis, but I will still drive to Jeff City for sushi after becoming hooked on this spot in college. The photo-covered walls really show what a community-centric spot this is and the music videos are great entertainment while dining. But you really haven't dined at Love Sushi until you've witnessed a birthday celebration.

We really enjoy coming here. Very nice atmosphere with good sushi. The last time we went we didn't realize both rolls we were getting were almost identical. That was our fault. We'll be back.

The food was really good. The menu needs to be organized a little differently, or marked as which ones are cooked and which ones are raw. Service was top-notch, very helpful, and always kind. I love the sushi combo, it served as a masterpiece.

A converted KFC shell has become by the premiere sushi restaurant in Jefferson City for a decade. Overall, it is excellent especially for the price. Highly recommend the bento box for lunch

12/28/23- Came with a group of 4 and was ignored for a long time before being seated and our order was taken. Waitresses were whispering among eachother the whole time ignoring us. When the food arrived one of my rolls was pure rice. I told the owner I wouldnt pay for that and she fought me until eventually she gave in and said not to order that next time. Felt really uncomfortable. Would not come back. Will not come back .
