I went on Sunday to use a coupon and see how it was. My milkshake was like drinking milk. I didn't get a scoop of ice cream because most of them looked freezer burned. Flash forward to me telling them manager what happened. She said if they gave everyone a free milkshake that had issues they would go broke! I didn't ask for one and I guess it's my fault that my cup broke and I got the same shake. She just said oh the icecream melts fast. OKAY so then the correct thing to do would be to have the employees make it again not try to get over on customers.
I love having an ice cream shop I can take my kids to, where they have dye free options made from quality ingredients. Service was amazing too!

Ordered a cookie cake for two days out but needed to change the date of pick up to the same day and they accommodated me without any hesitation - they were very professional, considerate and friendly!
Haven't tried the ice cream yet but the chewy Pecan cookies keep me coming back for more?

The guy who made our ice cream tonight sculpted something truly masterful. My wife says this review already sounds phony. But it's real. As real as the peanut butter chocolate deliciousness she devoured before me.
How hard is it to give the customer what they want ❓ Went to order a small ice cream. He put one heaping scoop in the cup and when I said that's good enough he argued with me saying it comes with two scoops. I said that I'd take just one scoop. And he still argued with me. So he lost out on our sales. We'll just go where they don't argue!!!
I was walking to my table with two drinks a box's of cookies and a small bag with a cookie sandwich. While walking the cookie slipped out of the bag onto the floor. I very nicely asked the man if I could get a new one. His response was "it's your fault." Granted my hands were full but he didn't need to be so rude about it.
