Every time I come to this location, they always get my order wrong so I avoid it as much as possible. Ordered a 6 PC nugget meal with extra fries for my 9 year old and we got a 4 piece with apple wedges. I knew better than to order at this location through the app because they're notorious for not paying enough attention to get the order correct.

Food is never hot and fresh. There is no quality check so there is always mistakes. Like unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, no fries when there should have been and only half a bag, no sauce for the nuggets or wrong sauce, no straw for the sweet tea. In some cases I have even gotten a completely different order. This is happening with all staff, including the managers and all shifts. It's a shame a customer has to verify their order each and every time, so there is a trust issue. I guess upper management is lax on training so they can have bodies to work? Just sad.

Once inside, more off duty employees sitting on the counter where you order and pick up your food. VERY unprofessional environment. I realize it's a fast food establishment, but you expect more than what they're giving...

Door dasher.. went into the restaurant almost slipped on barbecue sauce that was busted in front of the exit entrance. Then went into the restroom and the sink does not work. Motion sensor sink and it didn't run water. (Men's bathroom..) behind the registers and where they bag the food someone spilled a large fry and just left them in the floor.

On our last visit the drive-thru was packed both lanes full. The employees were super nice upon requesting time to process the orders. Thank you fir being courteous during a hectic rush!
This place moves at the glacial pace. There were 3 people ahead of us and it took 25 mins in the drive through.
