The manager Dawn was SO disrespectful and was yelling and cursing at me when I was just trying to explain that they were rushing us and we weren’t done with our order, I work at a different McDonald’s and we have NEVER been so disrespectful and rushing towards our customers!!! I will NEVER come here again!

I had a fairly large order that I was picking up. A young man that appeared to be the supervisor/manager was very friendly and courteous. He provided me my coffee first which was nice as I had a very short wait for the order. I was asked to pull up to a pick-up spot and the remainder of the order was brought out by a very nice lady within minutes. Very efficient and friendly. As I understand it JC MO is having a hard time finding staff for many positions. It was appreciated that these folks were so friendly and eager to work. Being in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, I know great service, and this was it! Food was hot and fresh. Thanks!

McDonald's on Missouri boulevard, worst customer service ever! I called.. got hung up on, called a second time just because I figured the first call got disconnected. The lady that answered the phone literally cussed me out and told me to "quit fkn calling her fkn store." 11/20 6:16 pm
So I was sipping on my drink with my good friends of mine when I hear a squeaky moaning type sound. Out of the corner of my eye I see a guy in a pink GAP sweatshirt resting his face in a employees boobs. I tried to look away but every sip I took of my coke I couldn’t help but feel as if it was breast milk. My friends little brother was in the restaurant and we were trying very hard to distract him about the unholy things going in this McDonalds.

Ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up but nobody answered the speaker so I went inside. Ignored by several employees until someone came to the front and offered to help. Kid had to take my phone to the manager to prove I ordered. After 10 minutes, I was back on the road.

Ordered 3 pies, one soda, had a reward for a pie. Was told they'd need to make pies, would take 12 mins. Waited in line to get to window to pay. There was a furry in the drive thru, wearing ears and all. Fine. No problem. Paid, was parked to wait on the pies. Employees seen hacking around inside. Its not busy since its about 1030 pm. Waited 20 mins. No pies. Went inside to get pies. See pics in warmer. Told they were busy and the pies still had 6 mins. Asked my money back so I could leave. Was asked by the furry if I had drank the soda! Was only given $5 back. Called manager the next morning to report all this. She seemed sorry. Said she'd send coupons for our trouble. Sent me 2 pie coupons! Not even kidding.

Called and asked 5 minutes before I got there and asked if their milkshake machine was working they said yes, when I arrived and ordered they said it wasn’t working. I said I just called and they said it was working and then proceeded to get cussed out by a worker there. Never go to that McDonalds they’re rude and always out of everything no matter when you go.

The lemon slices in my tea were rotten - Mush level rotten. At this point just tell me you're out of lemon then to hold that in your hand and knowingly put them in my drink.

THE NEWER MANAGER IS GETTING THINGS DONE FINALLY. IT'S NOT FAIR THAT THEY DON'T THINK SO. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING ASHLEY HAS DONE. THE SERVICE IS FINALLY IMPROVING. STILL NEEDS A LITTLE BIT OF WORK IN THE EVENING.
YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM GOING DURING THE EARLY MORNING OR DAY.
ASHLEY WILL MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT THAT MAY BE WRONG.

Took almost 30 minutes for only having 3 cars in front of me and the staff was not of friendly nature. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
