this is a horrible place to eat you pay high dollars for cheap food that ain't even made right that's nasty that's old and it's crazy and then when you call corporate they want to send you back to the store so no I'm Burger King Whopper all the way McDonald's is nasty and fake grass-fed meat I don't want that crap I'll never go back to McDonald's again not even for the fries

The worst McDonald's!
Many of the employees are rude & unhelpful. It seems they are more interested in avoiding doing their job than helping customers. The store is dirty. I'll never eat at this McDonald's. Drive a little further to the one on Ten Mile... They're great there!
My experiences are with the night staff...I have no experience with the the people there in the morning or afternoon.

The food was so cold and stale we had to take it back. So we had to wait another 20 minutes to get decent food that we should have gotten the first time. I will not go back to that McDonald's
are there idiots at this store? i go to order off my app for a 30% off qtr pounder and i specified that code was for a dbl. more on that later. i go to pay the moron that took my order taps my card and tells me to pull forward. get to the other window it didn’t go through. whatever easy fix. then i get back to work and find out i paid for 2 qtr pounders, one normal and one dbl. so that idiot charged me on two sandwiches when i wanted one.
go to call the store and the phone must be unplugged. this is scandalous and not right. i would like this fixed asap.

Food is always over salted and over peppered. Had to throw it away.
The manager Dawn was SO disrespectful and was yelling and cursing at me when I was just trying to explain that they were rushing us and we weren’t done with our order, I work at a different McDonald’s and we have NEVER been so disrespectful and rushing towards our customers!!! I will NEVER come here again!

Restaurantji Recommends
I had a fairly large order that I was picking up. A young man that appeared to be the supervisor/manager was very friendly and courteous. He provided me my coffee first which was nice as I had a very short wait for the order. I was asked to pull up to a pick-up spot and the remainder of the order was brought out by a very nice lady within minutes. Very efficient and friendly. As I understand it JC MO is having a hard time finding staff for many positions. It was appreciated that these folks were so friendly and eager to work. Being in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, I know great service, and this was it! Food was hot and fresh. Thanks!

McDonald's on Missouri boulevard, worst customer service ever! I called.. got hung up on, called a second time just because I figured the first call got disconnected. The lady that answered the phone literally cussed me out and told me to "quit fkn calling her fkn store." 11/20 6:16 pm
So I was sipping on my drink with my good friends of mine when I hear a squeaky moaning type sound. Out of the corner of my eye I see a guy in a pink GAP sweatshirt resting his face in a employees boobs. I tried to look away but every sip I took of my coke I couldn’t help but feel as if it was breast milk. My friends little brother was in the restaurant and we were trying very hard to distract him about the unholy things going in this McDonalds.

Ordered through the app for drive-thru pick up but nobody answered the speaker so I went inside. Ignored by several employees until someone came to the front and offered to help. Kid had to take my phone to the manager to prove I ordered. After 10 minutes, I was back on the road.
