Most of them McDonald's in Jeff City take forever. Very seldom do you get your food in a timely manner? I always love waiting at the counter and watching my food just set there.

Food was good. Service was horrible. The employees were to busy playing with customers to do their jobs. Forgot multiple items and had to be reminded multiple times that we hadn't received them. We sat in to eat and they didn't even bring the food to the table. Every other McDonald's I've been to does this.

extremely slow, took almost 30 min for my order and it was made incorrectly. ordered through the app. pulled in waited 15 min before going inside where i wasn’t able to get any workers to help as i was going to cancel my order because of the wait finally they just gave me someone’s order but it wasn’t mine.

I stopped at this McDonald’s on 2/27/25 at approx 6pm and entered the drive thru line. There were approx 10 cars ahead of me and the line was moving extremely slow. My wait before eventually driving from the lot was approx 45 minutes. After ordering a Quarter Pounder and fries I was told to drive to the next window. A young lady eventually arrived with an order. She handed it to me, turned and reentered the store. Upon turning onto Highway 54 I reached into the bag and found 2 orders of Chicken Nuggets and 2 pies. My wait was so long that I was not going to find a Highway crossover and spend additional time straightening out the order. This was the most frustrating experience had at a McDonald’s and I doubt that I was the only one that had it on the evening of 02/26/25.

This used to be the "good" McDonald's in town. Now it is nothing but slow, cold, and filled with bad service. You could drive to Columbia, eat a meal at a nice restaurant, then go back home before even getting to the drive thru window.

Insanely SLOW! Waited 35 minutes from when I got in drive thru line. Only had 2 cars in front of me. Waited 20 minutes for food after we were told to park. Ordered two $5 meals. The guy handing out food had to come out and check what our order was and we were the only car still waiting on food!!!!!! I finally had to go inside and demand our food. Fries and nuggets were cold. Nobody said sorry for the wait.
This place is the worst McDonald's in Jeff City. Go across town and wait 10-15 minutes.
This location consistently is very very slow. It is not uncommon to wait 40+ minutes for food, especially if you pickup by parking in the designated spot.
Upon arrival, we placed our order and waited for 36-40 minutes, which was frustrating, but the experience was further marred by the behavior of the staff. One employee was seen eating a sandwich while preparing others, shoving fries into his mouth simultaneously. The atmosphere was chaotic, with employees yelling profanities at each other, including derogatory [N-word] terms directed at one another and dismissive remarks towards the cashier. When our food finally arrived, every sandwich bore a noticeable thumbprint, indicating they had been carelessly handled, and the wrappers were stained with sauces, particularly mayo, despite none of our sandwiches containing it. Overall, the sandwiches were flattened like if they had smashed them intentionally and poorly presented, reflecting a lack of professionalism and care in food preparation.
