Visiting from out of town. Stopped here twice now during our stay and both times the customer service is horrible,they are so rude and messed everything up! Waited in drive through 30mins the first time and second time over 20mins. And to be waiting so long on food the food was cold and old. Do not recommend this location.

Despite being before 6:00 a.m., they were open and had breakfast muffins and muffin sandwiches ready lickity split, they also had the decaf coffee real quick! I wish everyone had staff as nice and willing to help/accommodate a drive-thru order. Bravo, Ladies!

The food is good for a nice clean out if you're feeling a bit backed up. The service is pretty on top of their game, never really have to worry about missing food in your bag. Prepare yourself though, for a heart attack with the automated recording of the woman screaming if you used the app or not. Parking lot is nasty, but it's to be expected for a fast food place, not a place to be rolling around on but good enough to drive through.

Everytime I order cook to order the person taking my order become Def all of a sudden.they say. "huu?"until I'm yelling at them then they say ohh 2 burgers or whatever I order but without the cook to order.i may have believed it a couple times especially with the grandma working.but this happens every time.the 2 times this one guy got my order right.i got the food and looked at it in dismay as my cold patty flopped around like a wet dog.im sorry I can tell the difference between fresh cooked food and food sitting in a warmer for 30min to an hour.

Why is it that I have to ask for my food to be cooked fresh and my fries to be filled to the top. Always an attitude and my order is never correct. Went through drive-thru asked for my fries to be cooked to order. $3 for one order of fries that's less than two potatoes. Why are all the fries filled about halfway. Fresh at the top not so much at the bottom. I let the attendant at the window know that my fries were not filled to the top, and was told that they're at the bottom of the bag. NO, ? the fries were not at the bottom of the bag. Most of the time the workers here are rude. If you don't like your job, find somewhere else to work. I'm always very polite and I state my order so it said clearly. The owners and our corporate need to come in and investigate all these complaints on Google reviews and other review sites.
