They misheard fries on my order for a drink, no biggie. I explained to the two people at the window but then they proceeded to just not give me the fries anyway, even after specifying to them that’s what I ordered. Big dude in the red shirt, assuming the manager, seemed annoyed, acknowledged that’s what I ordered but still didn’t bother solving such a simple fix.
I told them to give the drink to the next person because I didn’t want what I didn’t order. Charged me for the drink but still decided to not toss in some fries to fix the order, didn’t realise they didn’t fix it until I was home as I trusted they understood.
Seems like a small thing to leave a bad review over but this wasn’t the first time. Items are often forgotten here and staff often have a bad attitude as if they hate working there. Get a new job if you’re just going to be miserable to customers.

Went here to get breakfast before work since it’s open 24/7, placed my order online and showed up only for the store to be closed
I order a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and got no egg or cheese in it. God forbid I go to McDonald’s for the first time in 3 months and actually get what I order

Yall need to contact the people that hiring and training for Chick Fil A and take some pointers. Yalls staff is so UNBELIEVABLY RUDE every time I come in to this place. Regardless of their position, 90% of the staff here are rude.

I've been by a few times recently when its been kinda busy past midnight and Yvette deservers a raise. By the looks of it she is doing multiple roles that would be filled during the day and that takes skill.

I paid $18 for them to get my order wrong. They asked me 3 separate times about my order after I explained it. They gave me a medium fry instead of the large I ordered, and they gave me a different burger than the one I ordered. I planned to just wipe the extra toppings off to make the burger more like what I ordered but they didn't include napkins in my bag either. I get if the store is busy, but if I'm dropping nearly $20 on an order I at least want it to be right.

Spicy McCrispy came with no spicy sauce and our 10 piece nugs didnt come with any sauce when we ordered two BBQ.
No one wants McDonalds dry nuggets without sauce. No one. Not worth the time to fix it so I just wont be back
