I ordered one of their new chicken sandwiches that I have seen advertised on TV, and it did not look at all like what was advertised! I absolutely hate false advertising! And when I got it home and was halfway through the sandwich I realized there was no chicken on it! My bad, that I didn't realize it sooner, and I didn't feel like going back, they need to have more attention to detail. Very disappointing to pay $13 for a cheese sandwich and a small bag of chips! The woman at the window was very nice though.

Panera Bread Review – Disappointing Experience

I’ve given Panera Bread multiple chances, but after our latest visit, we won’t be returning. Our experience at the drive-thru was frustrating from start to finish. When we asked for a moment to decide on our order, the employee’s only response was a dismissive “yup.” Not exactly the friendly service you’d expect.

After placing our order, we waited nearly seven minutes at the pickup window, only to receive bland food and an incomplete order. To make matters worse, we were charged for a cup of soup we never received—at nearly $7.00 for a single cup, that’s unacceptable.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here. Three out of our last four orders have been incorrect and overpriced. Every attempt to call and resolve the situation ends with them hanging up on us. If customer service and order accuracy matter to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been here several times. Their food is a bit expensive for the smaller portions that you get, in my opinion. However, it has always been delicious. Sometimes, I've had to wait quite a while at the drive thru, which can be frustrating.

This Panera needs serious cleaning and seems to be pretty disorganized. Dining room cleaning, hygienic food prep, and clean restrooms seem to be a pretty big issue for Panera as a chain overall, but this Panera is particularly bad.

Took 25 minutes to get food from the drive through! The whole time they were hand feeding each other food the whole time they made us wait. Very weird! Definitely never coming back.

May be the dirtiest Panera I've been in. Not that busy that it couldn't be detailed. Had to clean a table off to use it. Guest next to me had to do the same. Future customers... do your part, take your used dishes to the drop-off.

I always love Panera. I rated lower on service because they were out of balsamic dressing and the tables and chairs were dirty. It was hard to find a clean place to sit. The food and the hot chocolate were all very good, though.

How are you a bagel place and don't have any bagels at 730 on a Saturday? Rang me up, took my complete order then at the window after charging my card told me they were out of bagels. Unacceptable, won't be back!

This specific location needs some serious updates, and the cleaning of front doors is something that is needed. Also, keeping fresh coffee is ideal. Everything else is good they good food and good service..

Please keep this restaurant nicely clean. Is one of the things that is frustrated, not a clean general area.
