I had to go to the pick up area to find someone to help. There was no one up front. Food was fast, tables needed cleaning. Might have been short staffed

As a new regular here with my boyfriend, I’ve loved everything an the food everytime here! Margaret is the best morning cashier everytime she is always there to welcome you in, or even welcome you back she is great with remembering faces! She even suggested to me to set up rewards so I did and sure enough we got points this morning just from our usual vist! The website is easy to use, and already offers you a “free” pastry, how good is that?! I always leave a tip and give thanks to Margaret. Sometimes I even see her go around and pick up, as far as I am aware Panera doesent have waitresses so it would be common to see people leaving THERE own trash when there is clearly trash cans and bus bins. I think this fast food / restaurant deserves more credit and Margaret deserves a raise!!

Went to Panera for the first time in years today for lunch, and was greeted by the sweetest lady named Margaret. She was the absolute sweetest, and her customer service alone made me want to come back again. Margaret is the best!

The service was very poor, starting with Zane at the front counter. More disappointing was the filthy conditions throughout the establishment. Food on the floor, dirty tables, and the men’s room needed attention. We arrived at 4:30 pm. There were approximately 10 customers present during our visit, and at least five employees working.

I ordered on line and picked it up exactly when they said. There was no wait. The sandwich was delicious. Panera is reliably good!

Usually the usual suspects here. Unfortunately, today was no bueno. Ordered an Avo Egg White Sandwich-I know some places put cheese on and others don’t. When it’s listed with cheese I always ask for no cheese. The listing was missing cheese so I thought I’m all good. Well turns out they put cheese on, ok I can live with that. Then i discovered this strange green black stuff sticking out the bottom. Turns out they threw old rotting avocados on my sandwich. Big bummer!!! :( Dislike when restaurants serve food they wouldn’t even give to their dog. Big bummer for a Thursday morning cash drop. Oh and the coffee was lukewarm to boot!!

Tried to use the kiosk to order my meal but didn’t work, no one was at the front for 5 minutes and I had to go and find someone in the back. When I mentioned it, she knew it wasn’t working properly but had no sign up. Ice tea was practically empty and no medium sized lids which I had to ask for. Gave me the wrong soup and put an unsliced half an avocado on my sandwhich. Every table was dirty and the floor covered in crumbs.

Panera needs to come up with a better method for Sips.
Came by just to grab a cup of coffee but there were two in the drive thru- which is fine for a fast food business, not Panera. So I pulled into a 5 minute spot and went inside where there was 3 in line.

Your better off going to Starbucks for a drink. Not that Paneta would care bc with Sips I've already paid. They got their money.

I got a sandwich and chips and a drink. My wife got the half sandwich and soup, with a side of sliced apples, and a drink. We spent nearly $40 on that!!! Unacceptable. I won't go back.
At $40, I would expect table service.

The team at this place is the absolute best. Every *single* time I come here, be it the drive thru or carry out, everyone is always so genuinely friendly. They’ll give you compliments because they’re genuinely nice and they want to, not because they’re being forced to.

Huge, huge shoutout to their employee Zane. What a freaking gem! Legit had the absolute worst day where I don’t think I smiled once, and on a quick drive thru run on my sip club, he helped me at the window! He was personable, was smiling and we had a quick conversation about Pepsi and he made me laugh and smile for the first time the entire day! Seriously. Thank you! People don’t realize how much being nice can actually positively impact another person. And likewise, sometimes kindness isn’t acknowledged as much as it should be. So I can want to acknowledge them and the team there! 😍

To wrap up this long review, couldn’t find the app survey so I had to say it here ☺️ Keep up the good work over there, Zane and the entire team is amazing. And thank you for always making my day a little better in the very least! 💚
