We had a very good experience at this Perkins. Our waitress was very kind. The manager came over and asked how everything was. She was very kind as well. The food was delicious!! We will come back again!!

Loved this place used to come through and stop by all the time. Will hopefully try again next year. Usually the service is great. I understand being understaffed, but you shouldn’t be complaining about how you have to keep covering people and how you don’t want to be here to the customers. Does not look great. Of course this dosen’t change the quality in the food and the cooks are definitely working their butts off back there. This place definitely needs help in the staffing department and more on the reliable side not just any help you can get.

My overall experience was terrible. When I first came in I waited 20 min before I was even spoken to during our wait my daughter wanted a ball out the ball dispenser we put 1.50 in hopping we would get 3 ball sense they are a 50 cent each we didn’t get any. We finally got sat with no silverware or any crayons that my sever told us she would bring we never got them. My girlfriend got the build your own breakfast and asked to sub her pancake for the rainbow pancake our sever said we could but when she got her food she just had regular pancakes. I ordered the sausage biscuit gravy meal that said it came with bacon we didn’t get any bacon. We asked for silverware after getting our food after the 50 min wait for our food. Our sever walked away so fast we could even fix or say anything about our food or even ask for a refill. Our sever ever came back to our table after bring the silverware. I had one glass of tea i finished when waiting for my food. My 2 year old daughter was Gaven a regular glass when I asked who seems to be the female manger with short hair and glasses for a Togo cup she was ever rude even when asked why I need a Togo cup. When we decided to just pay and leave no surprise we had to wait 25 mins before anyone helped us.

We went on Saturday afternoon it wasn't busy. Service was very slow. Took 20 min. For a drink refill. Almost an hour for food. Never got the bill until we up to the counter. Mac and cheese was very cold, muffin middle was dough.

Came in with my family today and enjoyed a nice brunch. The host was courteous and our waitress was very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Our food orders were a mix of breakfast and lunch items. All of us enjoyed our food. The kitchen staff did a great job.

Sure could use a facelift in Jefferson City. Carpet especially. Went today for breakfast. Food was delicious and service was great. Mel does a great job. Please bring June back making pies full time in Jefferson City, MO
