Easily the best pizza in Jefferson City. The best flour makes the best crust. The best fresh ingredients. You absolutely cannot go wrong here. Service is always fantastic. And the new location is perfect for downtown dining.

Man, what a comeback! Pizza Haus was here many years ago, and the location changed hands afterwards through several unsuccessful pizza businesses that were expensive and not as good, and in September 2023 Jeff City got it's Pizza Haus back, and everything is great again! Fantastic pizza with their unique crusts (try the Toledo), great salads, great apps... Man... Service was great when I had a large party there in the lower level, and if you're in the lower level there's games and things for kids to do.Love it and I'll be there more in the future!

My grandson & I were the only customers in the place. Several workers there but food took forever & was not worth the wait. I like to support small business & try different places, but not go there again.

They had a lunch buffet so I stopped in for a quick and easy lunch. The parking lot is a little screwy and people were parked haphazardly so finding parking can be somewhat problematic. The salad bar was at best, basic, with lettuce and about 4 or 5 other items. The pizza was underwhelming. It was greasy with crust that was either hard and burnt or doughy and soft. I don't have a recommendation of somewhere better to go, however, there must be better places out there.I will say that the staff was friendly and accommodating, the place was clean, and the prices were reasonable. It's too bad the food was not very good.

We called the order in as we were driving through. Having never been there before, I told the nice man where we were and the time the gps said we would arrive. We ordered two pizzas for our family. When we arrived they brought them out and we realized neither of them were hot. Worse yet, one of them had been overcooked! The cheese was dark (not burnt) and the bottom of the crust was dark brown. We enjoyed the one pizza but not the other. Additionally, there was hardly any sauce on either pizza. Nobody came around to ask how our pizzas were. We were in a hurry to get back on the road so we didn’t ask them to make a new pizza. We were the only ones in the restaurant, tho there was another family sitting outside waiting on their food. When I went to pay a different man told me the total without asking how our food was. So I told him we did not like one of our pizzas due to it being over cooked and neither pizza was hot. All he said was “ok”. I was shocked when he charged me full price for both pizzas!!! Tho we drive through here frequently, it likely was our first and last stop at the Pizza Company! If they would have had better customer service, I wouldn’t be writing this to warn others!

We found this pizza place by searching Facebook. We were on our way home to Camdenton from the St. Louis airport. It was a bit off the main highway but we took a chance and were not disappointed. We ordered using their website and it was very easy to navigate. The pizza was delicious! Crispy yet tender crust, abundant quality ingredients with lots of flavor. Inside offered friendly staff, prompt service and clean restrooms. We’ll be back!

For years The Pizza Company was my family's favorite local pizza place here in JC. The previous owners took customer service very seriously, and we never left unhappy (because they always got things right). I'm not entirely sure exactly when the new ownership began. We ate there a couple times after the new owners took over, and things were ok. However, wait times were very long at first. When COVID-19 hit, eventhough my family and I didn't eat out in a restaurant at all, The Pizza Company always seemed to have a full parking lot. I didn't understand why (safety-wise) so many people were eating in, but I was happy the small business that we knew and loved were doing alright. Anyway, this past week I made a pretty simple order--a small pizza and a medium pizza. I requested curbside pickup, but when I pulled up, no one approached my vehicle. I was never given instruction as to how curbside would work, so I decided to head in bc there were no other cars in the lot. I went in, paid for the pizzas, and left. I got home a few minutes later to a hungry husband and child and found out the small pizza intended for my husband was completely wrong. Ugh! Honestly, I was mad at myself, bc I hadn't checked it before I left the restaurant. So, I called to report the mishap. I was told I would get a free, corrected pizza, but I needed to bring the other pizza back. My husband said, "you know, it's not free if they're having you bring this one back, right?" So, I waited another 20 minutes and headed back out into the cold. I went in, they nonchalantly said they were sorry. I mentioned that the pizza they were giving me wasn't exactly free, bc they had me bring the incorrect pizza back. The "acting" manager (I don't believe he is one of the owners), said he knew that but that the owners don't like allowing the customers to keep the incorrect pizzas. Anyway, he ended up sending me home with the extra pizza. I told him my son would be happy about that bc it was cheese. And as I was walking out the door, the acting manager said, "well, be sure to let him know that you guilted it from us."Oh! And he gave us 2 $2 off your next pizza order (see picture) after I spent over $30 on small pizza and medium pizza. I also tipped (when I picked up the pizzas the first time), eventhough I got out of my car and went into the restaurant. I try to show my appreciation for local businesses and wait staff. I'm really sad to say we will never be eating at The Pizza Company again (unless we hear they come under new ownership again).Let me know if want those coupons, bc we won't be using them. Also, it's 2 stars instead of 1, bc it's pizza, and I can't blame the pizza. It was the employees' crappy customer service that turned us off of this place.
