I ordered a decent size order $65 worth of food, I tried for an hour and a half to get someone available to fix my order, they use door dash to deliver their food, the guy drops my order on the ground in front of me, lesves it and takes off ruins my even and my food, I would go down to the store to get it fixed but I'm sick and don't want to subject anyone else to what I have, I suggest no one deals with this location, they don't care about their customers, I'm from Wichita where Pizza was founded and they have always been my go too, pizza joint I think that might be changing now. If you choose to fix your mistake and save a very big relationship, you can reach out to me. If you pull up my account online I use pizza hut nation wide for many reasons,you can be the store that can save or kill our business dealings, Thank you

We ordered a super Supreme, it ended up coming with the new York style pepperoni. My 4 yr old normally picks all the pepperoni off of her pizza first and she wouldn't even eat it. I called and Brad apologized and said that he could credit me back 20 dollars or he could remake the pizza but I would have to come get it myself. I'm 2 weeks away from having a baby so that wasn't something I wanted to deal with. It still put me out the almost 14 dollars that I spent on delivery fee and tip. The employees were nice but I think it's ridiculous that I wasn't credited my entire purchase amount. We've done business there for years but this was extremely disappointing. My pregnancy taste buds ended up with an awful after taste and I ended up just throwing up what pizza that I ate. Exception should be given to long time customers. It's just good business practice.

Pizza Hut still makes thin crust and always cooked the way you love it!
Manager was extremely rude I called to let them know the sauce tasted off. We didn't finish after one slice. Offered to take it back to store for refund. I had company had to offer them something else to eat didn't want them to get sick. Female "manager" never apologized or offered any remedy and hung up on me. Domino's across the street has never treated me like that. Guess what next time Domino's is my go to is I have to deal with that female Manager again it's a no go to Pizza Hut on Truman.

Got a coupon in the mail they don’t know how to apply the coupon. They said let me take your order and for me to bring in the weekly coupon and my order should be ready in 15 minutes. I show with coupon then they are able to find it and said they will begin making the pizzas now. Incredible that this is what they call service no apologies just excuses
