Very bad service. Took a long time to get a drink ordered. Very hard getting gluten free questions answered. Pizza had too much sauce. They did offer to remake it but we didnt want it. The $29 steaks were thin, chewy and tough. They were servers with butter knives to cut with. Not a good experience.

This is one of the most unique brewery concepts I've seen. It plays well with the neighboring and now closed down Missouri State Penitentiary. The concept inside is fun and gives it a unique vibe different from other breweries. Beers were good. Food was decent.

Things were a little slow this night we stopped. To be fair they had a large table of about 20. The tenderloin sandwich was really good in my opinion. The kids grill cheese though was really heavy and greasy. Daughter was not a fan. My wofe got the chicken Philly and the special sauce is a pesto blend.... not really what we thought it would be. The buffalo chicken dip had good flavor. But was made with whipped cream cheese. That made it really lite and fluffy. Again. Just not our thing. We will try again and try the burgers or pizza.

I would rate the pizza here as the worst I've ever eaten in my entire life. It should be given a life sentence with no parole.
Our BBQ pizza had multiple huge globs of fat on it and raw dough in the middle. The service was also terrible. I would rather serve a night in the slammer than eat here again.
I placed an order to go for my mom and myself. I ordered the shrimp curry for myself and ordered my mom the catfish dinner. My dinner was below average. It started when they placed my food in the regular Styrofoam box. The curry, which was very liquid, spilled out of the container and ended up in the plastic bag. I only carried it from the restaurant to my car and then into the house. If the curry was that fluid, maybe it should have its own container with a lid. After the clean-up, I began to eat and the meal was very bland. Not much taste and the shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. I will not order that meal again. On a positive note, my mom thought her catfish was very good, as well as the side salad (Italian dressing) and coleslaw. My mom is very particular with her fish so if she liked it, that was fantastic. Our spicy cheese curds and tater tots were also very good. I have been a long-time fan of Prison Brews and will continue to eat there; I was very disappointed this night. Food prices continue to rise, but the meal quality still has to compare; this didn't. I hope Prison Brews can see that there were many compliments inside this review, but the constructive criticism was needed.

We were traveling and wanted the cans for someone else. We weren't told that they were out of stickers and we may have thought differently about the purchase.
