It was a Sunday night, so just me and my husband. Waitress was very nice. Chef salad was very good and so was the pork chops. Great atmoshere and view.

As with all the bad ratings and reviews, still tried this place and apparently, the low ratings I assume were all true particularly the long wait. Placed an order and after 30minutes or so, lady comes out apologizing the cook overlooked the order, a bit sandwich and fried shrimp, which are only 2 items plus the fact that the place is not even busy with about only 5 tables occupied by diners. This rating and review I'm posting is while waiting for my order.

This place is terrible. Don't work here, don't eat here, don't sleep here. The owner and the managers are terrible greedy people that make the employees miserable and customers unhappy. I've never seen a place so terribly run.

Stayed at the Doubletree while biking the Katy Trail. I was tired and didn’t feel like walking to a restaurant, so I took an elevator ride to Sapphires. I ordered the artichoke and spinach dip plus a Cesar salad with chicken. The dip had obviously been reheated from frozen — it was very watery, but it tasted okay. The tortilla chips served with the dip were fresh and crisp. The “Cesar” salad was disappointing. The chicken was cooked well with a bit of a char — delicious! But the salad itself was an iceberg lettuce mix (red cabbage and carrots) instead of Romain lettuce. The crouton to lettuce ratio favored the croutons — so many croutons! The bill came to $27 for the food: $11 for the dip (overpriced), $12 for the crouton, er, I mean “Cesar” salad (overpriced), and $4 for the chicken. The chicken was the highlight of the meal.On the bright side, I had a great server, the restaurant was clean, and the view of Jefferson City was great.

Couldn’t tell you anything about the food. Was seated for 15 minutes, and the waitress came and asked if we were ready to order. We didn’t have menus, so she went and got menus, and after waiting another 45 minutes and she never came back, we got up and left! That’s an hour of my life I’ll never get back, but will never waste another minute at that place!

Great location and great view! The wait staff were not attentive and we had to go grab them anytime we needed something. But they were very friendly!

Only good part about this place was our waitress and the view. I ordered a burger they gave me chicken. Then they tried to gaslight me by saying it was supposed to be chicken. It’s literally called a burger. There’s a sapphires chicken sandwich which I guess is where the confusion came from. Also, ordered a drink, never got it….it was on the bill.

The Cajun pasta was outstanding. The bartender made a couple of different cocktails off repertoire.Vegetarian options: There are a few different vegetarian options. There's a beyond meat burger and a couple of pasta options.

Everything was as expected - the views, the food, the service - not bad at all - calm environment - we only came for dinner on a weekday - perfect pace for us as we travel and work remote and love to eat out. Certainly worth a stop if you're in Jefferson City!

Extremely, I mean extremely slow. Food was mediocre. The small wine list has some bottles (ie. LaCrema Chardonnay) where the bottle price listed is for a 1/2 bottle not a full bottle. This is not clear on the menu. The server was nice but also seemed to struggle. The hotel has terrible parking.

Such a shame. This restaurant has a beautiful view and the makings of a great evening. The servers were friendly but not overly attentive. The steak and potatoes were very very dry. The overall quality of everything I ordered was a C - or D+.

The restaurant atmosphere isn't right. You're seated in a room configured for serving a continental buffet. The tables are bar and the lighting is too bright. Menu prices and online photos depict an atmosphere that isn't delivered. The Steak was God awful. No seasoned and over cooked. It was a pretty bad cut of meat. I didn't send it back because I was too afraid they would understand. I would not recommend this place , unless you were staying at the hotel and didn't feel like going out.

I stopped by for dinner and I must say the wings were delicious crispy outside tender and juicy inside. The franks hot sauce never disappoints. The salad was good. Service was friendly and prompt. I stopped back for breakfast and I had the nicest server/hostess Ms Simmons she greeted you with a smile remembered your name and was very professional. The breakfast buffet was ok my favorite were the breakfast potatoes and the veggie omelette was delicious light and fluffy. The view is beautiful as well.
