Pretty amazing a Sunday night August 20th in downtown Jeffereson City and no restuarants were open? Found Shawadee by chance and had the best Tia in years. Don't pass this place up

While the food at Sawaddee Thai Cuisine is very good, their people skills and customer service are severely lacking.Today, after several instances of this happening, I decided to give them one more try and order food to go/delivered.I ordered the food at 12:00 PM CST. It is 1:24 PM CST and the delivery driver waiting for my food is the one messaging me and apologizing profusely for the delay.She stated upon asking about the order (which is 15 minutes past it’s ETA) the woman laughed in her face and refused to answer her questions.This is not the first time this has happened, and it has happened with several different orders different people were picking up.If THAT’s how you want to run your business, you’ll be losing customers. 2 hours waiting on 1 noodle dish and 1 rice dish is ridiculous. And refusing to answer a customers questions and laughing at them is atrocious.Do better.
Awesome food!! More people need to patronize the Mo Blvd location. The little lady who cooks is AWESOME
