Let me start by saying, I am a huge scooters fan. Ride or die status. I have the coozies, I go to scooters regularly all over the US- it's a problem. But out of all the scooters I have been to, the coffees here have been the worst. Staff is nice! But these coffees are not made with love, and not nearly enough espresso. Repeatedly, they taste like iced milk. The ratios are completely off. Please please please stop guessing and follow the recipe like every other Scooters including the ones outside of Vegas. It's gotten pretty obvious that the staff must be eyeballing measurements when every other location consistently tastes like a real carmalicious and theirs tastes like milk.
They have also been a bit slower than other scooters. I've been to locations where the staff will come outside and take orders when the line gets too long.
Overall, I believe it can get better! If it does, I'll change my review.

Tired of wasting my money here, every time I do I pay ten dollars for one single drink and have to ask to remake it how I ordered it every single time. They literally have one job and can't do it

They do pretty good by me. Kaylee I believe her name is makes my drink the best it seems. She's been 100% thus far no sugar or whip cream and full. Love the people there. Just wish it was a tad more convenient for my wrecker. It can be sketchy walking in the drive thru in the morning. I appreciate them.

Small burritos. I ordered a burrito and two large drinks and was 21 dollars. I honestly could of gotten a better meal from McDonald's cheaper

They’re always incredible and accommodating. Everybody I’ve talked to at the window is always the nicest and warmest person. This is hands down my favorite place to get coffee and other iced drinks, everything is 100% always delicious and perfectly made. I’d come 100 times a day if I could afford it <3

I love Scooters compared to the other options in Jeff City. They offer a wonderful range of flavors and can make up basically anything you could imagine if it isn't on the menu. My son loves their strawberry smoothie. I stick to the coffee myself. They have a wait if you hit their peak times like in the morning but it is nothing like the wait at Starbucks in town! When there is no wait it's so quick you feel like you never stopped. They are very conveniently located and easy to get to. Prices are fair and what you'd expect. The staff are always very friendly and my single coffee is ready when I get to the window. They have a handy app for rewards and payment as well that can be used at all their locations. Since they've come to Jeff City I won't go anywhere else for my morning coffee!

Always delicious always quick this particular day when I went I pulled up to pay for my coffee and before I could even get out my cards the gal at the window said here you go it's on us we hope you have a great day! The ironic thing was is I actually had lost my debit card I found out shortly after that I wouldn't have been able to pay for it until I went back to the store and found it

The baristas are always friendly, evwn in a super long line, they are quick. Drinks are good, service is great!
The Carmel iced coffee was burnt and old. The half and half green tea was so watered down that it didn't even resemble green tea and it was on the verge of being spoiled. The one plus is they gave me my Mon back with no issues. This was my first and last time ever going there.

I like Scooters but lately it seems everytime I get a drink here it is 90% milk which imo is gross and definitely not worth 6 or 7 $. I want coffee with a little milk not milk with a little coffee. :/
