Just another coffee shop, issues with this one is the speed of service, drive through structure, and quality of the cupsI like to order through the app to hopefully quicken the process but always find out there is a long line with two ways into one drive through... 5 minutes of traffic control just to get in, and another 5 minutes of waiting in line, then I have to remember not to put any pressure on the sides or the lid will pop right off... all for a coffee lol

So after raving about $1 coffee at Scooters, I was MORTIFIED when I got one of my friends to bypass Starbucks and go to Scooters, only for her drink to be $7.50!Worse, though, was not only did they fail to give a total at the speaker box, they handed her the drink before collecting payment. She took the drink from the girl, put it in the cup holder, and then handed over her card. That's when the young girl told her the cost. My friend yeld, "What"? And promptly picked up the drink and tried to give it back.The topper though was when the perturbed girl stood there holding the card and said something (I couldnt hear), but continued with attitude and said "we've already made your drink".Luckily, my friend's response was- I can't spend that much on that card. The worker handed the card back, my friend sat the drink down on the counter, and pulled away.First- if you had given the total at the box, she probably would have changed her order and avoided the whole thing (or went somewhere else). Second, giving a customer attitude is NEVER acceptable.Besides my $1 coffee, I will not be ordering anything else, sending anymore referrals, or posting Scooter support all over social media (I dislike Starbucks and was happy for the opportunity to compare a company with better tasting coffee at a cheaper price...guess not). I try not to generalize the actions of one as a representative for a group. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident.

From another state, drove thru for a cup of good coffee. Took a drink, it's COLD!!!! It was a Large regular coffee with cream. I could not believe it. Can't your employees tell a cold cup of coffee from a hot one? Thanks Scooters. One and done!

Me and my friend went here tonight, it was my first time there and were laughing so hard the whole time for no reason and the girl working there probably thought we were high AF but SHE WAS SO NICE AND CALM ABOUT IT I LOVED HER SO MUCH PLEASE 10/10
I love getting coffee from here at all hours of the day. It's delicious, the staff are always sweet, polite, and in high spirits, which makes me feel welcome. I love the peanut butter crunch blender best. The reward program is fantastic and sometimes I'm surprised with a lower price when using the app to claim points when I pay with cash. I won't go anywhere else.
